Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport

Let me say the positive first! I LOVE getting a ground floor room and being able to open the sliding screen door for fresh air and for this I will always come back. What I don't like is that even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, apparently I am on the bottom rung, so even if there is no one coming in for my room, I still couldn't get an hour later check out! Imagine! AND, there is no free coffee in the morning. Yes there are pots in the room (with not good coffee) but not only is breakfast not included but you have to pay for the coffee. I just don't get it because the prices are usually mid-range for the area and the La Quinta has free breakfasts and late checkouts! (BUT, you can't open the windows, so...Courtyard Marriott it is. Oh, and the staff is great. It's not their fault I couldn't get a late checkout!

The room was very clean. Actually the entire hotel was. The staff was nice. I came at the same time as NFL draft so many of the menu items were not available but there def were food options I would have liked to try. I will book here again. Nice and close to airport, a big mall and several other shopping plazas.

All was great … only improvement could be Bistro…. I do like a restaurant menu. Staff wonderful, but confined to ready made frozen breakfast items that needed to be heated.

Our stay was for only one night as we were traveling, the staff was very friendly and the room was great. The building was currently in a remodel stage and I believe we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Would definitely recommend.

booked a king bed got 2 queens and not the first time this has happened we were also assigned a room in the construction part of the facility very displeased, lady at check in was not friendly hardly said anything. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH ******* AGAIN DONE BEING DISAPPOINTED :(

friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and the best avocado toast!
