I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, all aspects are good, the breakfast is simple, the room is very good; there is a microwave in the room, I buy food in the supermarket and heat it up; I can only call the hotel or pass through the hotel after I arrive at the airport to collect my luggage Ctrip customers call the free shuttle bus. I asked Ctrip customers to do it, and it will arrive in 20 minutes. Leaving the hotel to go to the airport, inform the front desk half an hour in advance for the free shuttle bus, I was one day in advance.

They were supposed to have free parking. When we got there they said we had to use the Globe parking next door but they would give us a discount and only charge $7/day. If we used their parking it was $17/day. So we take the car over there. Globe parking said it was $10/day, that their usual rate is $17/day, so we went ahead and left the car there. They said they would take us back to the hotel but it would be a few minutes because they had to take some people to the airport first OR we could just walk over to the hotel, yeah just walk down this parking lot, go behind the dumpsters, jump over a fairly good size ditch, through the hotel parking lot, up a big long ramp to the back door. Mind you it was freezing cold, sleeting and getting dark. When we got back to the room we Googled it, the hotel's website said $5/day to park and Globe parking said $9.99/day. The hotel itself was dirty and rundown. The bathroom had mold around the tub and ceiling. Advise, stay at the Double Tree right across the street it is well worth the extra few $$$

We booked this for the ease of being near the airport but not in the flight path. Staff was friendly and property was nice, if showing it's age just a bit.
