Quality Inn

I wasn't impressed when I first entered the hotel., however the room was clean and comfortable. The lights above the beds did not work and the water was not hot enough to take a shower. I was going to report this when I left but not one at the front desk. The breakfast was sparce compared to other hotels that I had stayed in.

Very clean and parking was so adequate. Very impressed with the place, nice, clean very put together. Breakfast was fine! The coffee was great.

It’s was a good place to stay in because we needed na place to sleep. Breakfast was basic with not a lot of options. Our side table handle was broken. Would book again for sleeping.

Our stay was short due to business. However, the experience from check in to check out was very accommodating, friendly and hospitable.

The room was very clean and neat. The only issue I had was my desk seat was broken, and I was here on business and need to send reports. I called the front desk and the young Indian girl said she was not able to help me because all rooms are taken. I called later on after her shift, and another young American girl was able to be extremely helpful and was able to find me a seat for me to work with.

This hotel is located near the airport. The room was comfortable. I struggled with the cleanliness of the property. The stairwells were unkept, dirty garage cans and floors were not vacuumed very well. I found a dirty washcloth in the tub and mucus on the pen by the bedside. These things made me wondered about the hygiene of the room.

We made a reservation for an overnight stay. We went through the check in process, received our rome key, went to the room and opened the door. We were immediately hit with a smell like someone just walked out of the room after smoking a couple pack of cigarettes. When we decided that this was not the hotel for us we asked for the reservation to be cancelled. The lady said she was going to process the return to *******. The photo of the lobby area is accurate, but once you walk passed that area you cross into a very different picture, not the good kind.

The parking and outside has a lot of trash. They do not pick it up and say maintenance will clean up and the owner of the property is actually maintenance. He parks his car in the spot for customers to pull in to check in and it stays there the whole time he’s there. Tacky at best. He cleans the rooms and doesn’t look like he’s investing in his property. I had to check out a day early and he said I had pay for 3 nights get the 4th night free. That would be cool if it were true. I have to stay in a hotel at least once a month and every now and then I check out early and have never had to pay for the last night. They just didn’t want to reimburse me, which I received. It’s a cheap rate and I normally stay on university blvd when in town so I guess I’ll be going back to university blvd.

Room was not completely cleaned up to hotel standards. Sheets, pillow case,towels were clean but overall 5 star standard was not there.
