SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport

Room was good stay for the night, however, the trip.com site did false advertise of pool at facility which was a huge reason on booking this hotel for the night. My family expectation to swim in a inside pool were crushed to oblivion when we found out not only is there not an indoor pool but to be told there was not a pool at the facility at all since they been open as of December 2025. I was told this by the female attendant on July 18th, 2026 at 9:48 am who was not at front check in counter but gossiping in the buffet breakfast area with another worker and a guest. She was very nonchalant about assisting me and my concerns, when I approached her after waiting for over 6 minutes at the counter and searching for whoever is working the front desk. I asked her what time is check out and if I could get a partial refund due to false advertising of pool and she said that I would have to contact trip.com or whomever the third party I booked with for it is not her concern nor does she deal with third party websites/companies WHILE storing her coffee or tea and not making eye contact with me in a condescending tone. Would I stay here again no, because of rude front desk staff.

I’m giving this hotel five stars because I don’t want to hurt its overall rating. The room was excellent—much better than the pictures, which pleasantly surprised me. For the price, it’s a great option for a family, with plenty of space and a generously sized bathroom. The room was clean and the hotel still feels new, but there are already some signs of neglect, such as dust in the air conditioner and a few stains on the wallpaper. Nothing terrible, but these are details the management should pay attention to if they want to maintain the hotel’s good reputation. Unfortunately, the breakfast was horrible—probably the worst we’ve had at any hotel—so don’t count on it. We also stayed for two nights, and our room was not cleaned during our stay. If you’re travelling through the airport, the location is perfect. It’s also reasonably close to downtown and other areas.

This is probably one of the best hotel in the area . It is a brand new Marriott property ....The hotel really has everything you want for an amazing stay. The hotel is close to airport and major restaurants and the service is perfect. LOVE this place, Spacious rooms ...We will be back....Tripadvisor/Google have old/ false information about this hotel , they also have some negative reviews about some other old hotel, dont know why.

I stayed here at the end of January to visit family. I seen it had a 2 star rating and I dont know how. This place is brand new and very welcoming. The feel and looks this should be a 5 star all day and the staff was amazing. When I travel back to Pittsburgh this is the only hotel I will stay at is here. You have to try this place out.

The SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Airport exceeded every single one of my expectations and truly set the standard for what an airport hotel should be! ️ The Suite Life The rooms here are incredible. Calling it just a "hotel room" is an understatement—it’s a massive, beautifully designed suite. The layout is incredibly smart, featuring: A dedicated living area with a super comfortable trundle sofa. A brilliant privacy wall separating the bed from the sitting space. A fantastic workspace, perfect for catching up on emails. Plush, cloud-like bedding that gave me one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in years. Top-Tier Amenities & Service The staff here deserve a standing ovation. Every team member I encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a massive highlight! It wasn’t just the standard continental fare; it was a hot, fresh, and delicious spread with plenty of variety to fuel my day. The Shuttle: Their airport shuttle service was prompt, efficient, and took all the stress out of travel logistics.

Me and my friend stayed at the spring hill suites a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was top tier, we had to go back for more! Recommend staying here

The room was so pretty! The staff were all super nice and accommodating, pleasant experience all around. I will most definitely be staying again!

After a long flight I just wanted somewhere nice and quiet. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a very nice lady who made my first impression of the place even better.Check in was fast and the look of the lobby was amazing. When I went to my room it was very clean and smelled good. There was not one issue with my stay and would choose the Springhill again when I return to Pittsburgh.

My family and I had the best experience here. The staff are absolutely incredible, the atmosphere is so pleasant,and the cleanliness was spot on. I absolutely will be staying again my next trip.
