We could not recommend this hotel more highly. They could not have been more helpful when we had to relocate from our chalet to the hotel in the middle of the night due to a local forest fire, and they made sure we always had the latest updates from the local emergency services in the following days. We were put up in an apartment which was perfect for us, and we even took advantage of the spa facilities which were wonderful. Our thanks to to everyone at the hotel for taking such good care of us.

The best thing about this hotel is the driver of the shuttle, since transportation is included in the hotel fee (the hotel has no restaurant and especially in the evening is tricky to come back in the dark, since the hotel is uphill). He is kind and hard working. Breakfast was also good, but what I did not like was the person at the reception, who I think was the owner. So rude and, as per Swiss culture, totally not flexible when we requested to be given information on other moment.

This hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars - amenities are rather old, there is a strange smell everywhere in the hotel, towels are greyish and shabby. Room is big and rather clean, but far from what you expect from 4 stars. Breakfast is quite basic.

We were in an apartment that was part of the hotel and there was plenty of space. The location is great and the pool is nice, especially with children (even if they cannot go there after 6.30 pm). The restaurant (outside of the hotel) was not particularly good, though.

Magnificent stay in an idyllic place, I can only recommend it. Good welcome, exceptional salt water swimming pool, top massage, hearty breakfast, cleanliness, good welcome. I will return as soon as possible because this establishment is by far the best I have ever been to.

The ambience in the hotel was very inviting. We felt like we were at home. The morning buffet left nothing to be desired and was very delicious. We always had enough space in the bathroom and were able to relax very well. We will certainly continue to enjoy holidays as guests in the future.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel with our dog. The room is very large, bright, with balcony and quiet with a view overlooking a garden. To tell the truth, it looks more like a large studio than a bedroom so the space was pleasant. The furniture is rather dated and the bed very uncomfortable. You don't have to be too tall because the foot of the bed has a wooden edge. The bathroom is really outdated with a bathtub with a small window so as not to splash water all over the room but it was really difficult to move to wash properly without bumping into it, it wasn't practical at all. Breakfast is ok. The hotel does not have a restaurant but we were advised of other addresses with a transport service for the hotel's partner restaurant which we did not try. The hotel staff made some effort to speak to us in French. The swimming pool is really good. The heated salt water is really pleasant with its massage nozzles. It is big and clean. I did not try the sauna and hammam or massage. The bathrobes are a little dated and the loops are broken. Unfortunately, we were not provided with slippers; we had to wear shoes. The pool shower area has enough but unfortunately no soap available which I found a shame for a 4 star. We expected a different quality of service for a 4 star, particularly in terms of the furnishing of the room and the bathroom. In short, the hotel is in its original state, which could still be fine if it were not for these very regrettable shortcomings for a 4-star hotel that we found far too expensive for what it is. We will not go back…
