No me dejaron entrar porque TRIP.COM no había pagado a Holiday Inn.
Yo les enseñe mi estracto bancario para que vieran que me habían cobrado ustedes, les enseñe el mail de confirmación y no me dieron solución porque no quedan habitaciones y habían vendido la mía también. Ellos no querían llamarles a ustedes y yo el único teléfono que encontré no contestaban porque ya eran las 22:00. Total que esto es una estafa por parte de de ustedes y de Holiday Inn que además de no regresarme el dinero, me dejaron en la calle a las 22:00h.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Right in the middle of everything, lots of police around due to Dia de Muertos, but even after it was done there was a strong presence, so I felt comfortable walking at night as a solo woman traveller. The hotel was reasonable for the price, I had a terrace room and that part was fantastic with views of the cathedral and plaza. The room was reasonably appointed, a few maintenance issues which were quickly rectified. The bar next door played music so loudly on one of the nights that my room vibrated, but the rest of the week it was fine. If you're a poor sleeper I suggest asking for a room away from the bar next door.

there is no name outside to locate hotel parking is about 2 blocks away you have to walk with your luggage and entrance is a doorway between restaurants went inside our room and bathroom had towels on the floor with minimal toilet paper
