Best Hotels in Morgan Hill

checked in for a 3 day stay for a funeral. Upon check in key did not work. Took three tries up and down from room to get a working keycard. Day two left at 9am returned at 9pm to find keycard not working again AND room had not been touched by housekeeping. Called the front desk and was told housekeeping was too busy to service rooms of people that were there more than overnight. I asked when I could talk to the manager and was told in the morning. Next morning, no manager but was told room wasn't serviced because of COVID. However national mask mandates on airlines were lifted the week before! I asked that my room be serviced before I returned that evening. Came back, again around 10PM and keycard not working again!! This time after 3 tries with new keycards the manager came out and made a new card, Desk manager apparently was doing it wrong. I asked the manager to accompany me to the room to check the card he made, 4th try tonight, and he looked at me and said no. He said go try it again and if it doesn't work come back down. My patients growing thin I asked if my room was serviced, and he said he thought so. I asked what had happened the day before and he said it was not their policy to service the rooms unless they were asked to. He then told me he was tired of people complaining just so they could get a discount! I then asked for his business card, so I could call corporate and file a complaint and he said he was new so no card. How convenient! I asked him to write his name down for me. He did but I doubt it is his real name. You expect more from a Wyndham property!! Stay far away from this place!

Because I brought two children, I went to the front desk and told them that the cup towels should be filled. At that time, there were a lot of people at the front desk, and they got together. It may be because there are too many people, and the result is not taken care of.

At check in, we stood at the empty front desk for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to arrive to check us in. Service was very friendly once they arrived. Lobby was really nice and updated but the extremely outdated rooms negated the luxury of the lobby. First room we checked into, the bathroom reeked of mold and mildew to the point where it took your breath away. We asked to move rooms, and the host brought us new keys and moved us next door to a new room. This room smelled of cigarettes and had a really small, old tv. The hallway outside of our room held a dirty used Q tip outside our room and housekeeping passed it multiple times. Additionally, this hotel advertises room service available, only to be told when I asked, that they no longer offer it. Overall, this felt like it might as well have been a La Quinta or Motel 6. The only reason this property got the rating it did, was because of the friendly desk staff. Had it not been for them, this would have been a 1 or 0. Pretty bummed I used my hard earned points at this property.

The biggest advantage is very close to Outlets. Breakfast tastes good but can be full. Both the SPA and the Pool are open-air, with some leaves in the water. Without a gym, the overall feeling is okay. This area feels more people in India and Pakistan.

The hardware is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is also very patient, the breakfast is quite rich, the room is relatively large, the sofa bed is a double bed of one meter five, there is a hot spring outside, it is a bit far from the No. 1 road, don't All are very good, quiet and comfortable, and shopping is very convenient.
