Our stay of 4 nights was excellent! We had a one bedroom suite and it was perfect and very comfortable. We never did try the breakfast since we had our own kitchen area, nor the pool. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants, which was great too.

We booked a night for a New Years Eve get away. The room suites size and layout was nice, but the room smelled of burnt popcorn (we looked into it and noticed the smell was coming from the microwave). The bed had a significant dip in the center of the mattress and was too soft. Although we were traveling with 3, they placed us in a room that did not have a sleeper sofa so our third person had to sleep on the sofa – we had to ask for sheets.

Really a perfect property from small to big things. Safe, super clean, excellent hot breakfast, room was big and lots of plugs and USB ports…. TV had easy Netflix access and we could tell the staff was motivated, cheerful and helpful. We usually stay in San Jose when visiting family but this is our new favorite affordable place.

Excellent room. Clean, comfortable, nice full kitchen. Quiet area. Clean grounds. Easy freeway access. Plenty of food within walking or short drive. Excellent breakfast and dining area. Only negative is being charged $14 PER DAY to park in unsecured/non monitored parking lot. Straight up money grab. Highlights on website “parking available”. My mistake on not scrolling to bottom of site to see the actual cost to park. Tsk tsk. End on a positive. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We came up to spend Thanksgiving with my sister who lives in Gilroy. We needed a hotel that allowed dogs because Cako goes everywhere! I booked a two bedroom suite and by the time we got to the property, we got the last one. This Residence Inn is smaller than ones I've stayed at in other cities, only three floors. It is tucked away which offers some peace and quiet. The room was perfect! We each had our own rooms and I could snore as much as I wanted without disturbing anyone..LOL! The kitchen came in handy and the heater was great! It is located near an industrial area which allowed Cako and I to go for long walks. We ate breakfast on Thanksgiving day, and they had turkey sausage..LOL! Scrambled eggs and prepackaged muffins. I do have to agree with one other reviewer, it was the same breakfast each day. The woman working didn't seem to happy. But all the other workers, front desk especially, were very friendly! They do charge for parking and there are spots in front of or in back of the property. Shower curtain didn't fit tib so we couldn't close it and floor Flooded every shower. I also paid for a king size bed and got a room with a full but bed too tired to drag luggage downstairs and complain.
