We got there and when I went to check in,they said there was no room available.They made arrangements at another hotel and paid the difference,but I was not informed of the change til I arrived at 11pm

The hotel was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful upon check in. The breakfast options were great and the food was very tasty. I stayed here because I needed a reprieve from the hospital while my son was recuperating from a car accident.

We reached the hotel at 1:30 am, and we noticed that the room had a really bad smell. We couldn’t tell where it was coming from, whether it was from the furniture, carpet, vent, mold, or something else. We called the reception however they weren’t much help and didn’t even sympathize or say sorry. They said that all the rooms had the same smell, and didn't have any air fresheners to offer. We were forced to keep the windows open all night due to the smell, even though it was around 1° C. The next day we left the hotel early morning at 6:15.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was very roomy for family of 5. Breakfast was good.
Parking is $7 a day and I didn’t know about that.

The staff here was amazing. I called ahead to request a roll out bed because I knew we’d be arriving so late. They were quick to make sure the room was ready with the extra bed, extra blankets and towels, and they even had the AC on for us making it comfortable. The front desk employee, Haley, was friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to help us find a garage for our car that started having trouble a few miles out from the hotel. The staff person helping with breakfast in the morning was cheerful and friendly, a she also helped to make our short visit pleasant. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in this year due to the excellent employees.

Wonderful stay, plenty of room, endless hott water, great breakfast. Excellent staff. They let us check out at noon instead of 11 with no questions asked. Which was very convenient for our hospital plans. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The shower plug was broken causing the tub to fill with water. My daughter slipped and fell in tub that had no anti slip on it. When reported to hotel they did switch my room. STILL waiting for call from manager….

Nice accommodations but it is about ready for some updating. Lady who took care of the breakfast bar was extremely helpful and nice. Helicopters coming in for hospital off and on all night, made it hard to sleep, but being right next to the hospital that is to be expected.
