Hampton Inn Morgantown

Staff courteous and helpful, room nice and clean, breakfast buffet good and well attended to

Room was not clean. Bedside table had visible crumbs and sticky rings from beverages. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Toilet did not look like it had been cleaned. Heater in room was very noisy. Front desk staff was very courteous. Check in and check out was efficient. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

The beds are to hard and there was hair all over our bathroom floor we were here staying while my son was in the hospital

The staff during the check-in and checkout were very and sincerely friendly. They were the best part of the stay. The room could have been cleaner. The shower tile was filthy. There was dust on the light fixtures. The rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The power blinds are an awesome feature we enjoy finding in hotels.

Unexpected / non-disclosed expense for a parking pass on the Saturday we arrived due to a local college football game. Staff was friendly but somewhat indifferent.

Bathroom could have been better maintained. Shampoo bottle was empty and toilet was not cleaned, other than that, the stay was great. Staff was excellent!

Clean, welcoming staff. Close to WVU. Only negative is the Applebee’s next door was having work done so we were woken up both days at 530-6am.

One of the best stays. We loved the hospitality and the location. We will be back! Thanks you.
