The front desk clerk went to check alone and said that they didn’t know why that person was staying in the room. There was no registration information in the computer system. Maybe the manager gave him the room card to enter. We were given a new room. Around 12:00 AM, people were walking upstairs and the floorboards made a lot of noise, which seriously affected our rest."

"The room was not cleaned very well. There appeared to be an olive or something on the floor that I was too scared to touch. There were also stains on the comforter from what looked like blood by the foot of the bed. The fitted sheet and flat sheet had at least been changed, but stained linens should always be washed in a decent hotel. The toilet was also old and did not flush well. No signs of bugs or anything that alarming. I was just not pleased with the cleanliness as someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels. The location is perfect for access to the hospital, so it has that going for it. Overall, it’s an average budget hotel with some room to improve."
