I stayed here with my elderly family member. I called after making a reservation to ask for an additional chair in the Japanese-style room for my mother who has bad knees. The staff was very kind and changed us to a room with a chair, and it was very convenient because it was close to the elevator. Dinner was also booked at "Hige on the 1st floor," so we changed it to a buffet. The dinner buffet was smaller than the venue we used previously, but the quality of the food was very excellent, and there were many unusual dishes such as gomoku kamameshi, beef shabu-shabu, sea urchin, Peking duck, and grilled bamboo shoots. Everything was delicious and we were very satisfied. There was an all-you-can-drink option for drinks, including alcohol, but since we couldn't drink alcohol, the staff brought us hot tea. The shop has been reduced in size and turned into a lounge, where alcohol, soft drinks, popcorn, etc. were available for free. I would like to stay here with my husband next time. There were two hot springs, a large one and a comfortable open-air bath with natural spring water that was very relaxing and warming.

My family and I stayed here over the New Year holidays. It was our first time back in 20 years. This time, we stayed in the main building, but the facilities were old. Apparently, the elevator in the annex broke down, and the main building's power was partially shut off for inspection, causing the water supply to be weak and unusable for a long period of time. I inquired at the front desk about the situation, but the only announcement made over the in-house announcement was an apology and explanation about the annex elevator and no information about the main building's toilets. The rooms and toilets are well-maintained, so please rest assured. We ate buffet meals both in the evening and in the morning. The selection and taste were average. The bath was spacious, and the water didn't have a hot spring smell, which I really liked. Although I didn't use it this time, there is an open-air standing bath. I highly recommend using it if you stay here.

It's spacious and relaxing, which is great. Dinner will be served in the room. A large box of sumptuous dinner has arrived. For sashimi, I think it was large shrimp, tuna, flounder, etc. For bamboo steaming, it was pork and beef. Add water to this and steam it. Eat it with ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste. This feels luxurious. The grilled dish was white fish, with a nice miso paste and a nice aroma. Most of all, I think the fish meat is ground up, so it has a nice texture. The stew was lotus root buns, which went well with the sauce and were delicious. Above all, I think the appetizer was the best. The fried chicken was delicious. The cream cheese pickled in saikyo was also tasty, and the fried eggplant was great for this time of year. The rice was also very fragrant and absolutely exquisite. It was a delicious dinner. There were many types of side dishes for breakfast. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy and delicious. The thick omelet was cooked for us. It was fluffy and delicious with a strong broth. There was also a jajang noodles, with a delicious rich meat and miso. The curry was a little sweet and spicy, and very easy to eat. The vegetables were also delicious. It was a delicious breakfast.
