Question is if it is connected to morjim than why so less rating?? Well I just went on 25 feb 2024 with my wife and kid (16 months). Room stay no was 1204, 1st floor. Problem : My stay was just not pleasant hence the rating is so low and it is because the very first nght out of 2 nghts stay there was power cut @11:00 PM. (might happen but pls read the reason) . Could be genuine but it was only in four of the rooms 1201,02,03,04 as all connected to 1 power switch. Solution: technician said that could be because of either AC or geyzer. So solution was all rooms to switch off these two. Than each room was asked to switch on geyzer and AC switch together , per room at a time. This took around 20 mins and suddenly power drip again happened. Then suggetion was to switch on one by one, first geyzer than AC which trapped the issue of fault in AC in my room 1204.So restoration happened @12:30 AM, midnight. Note this same room had power issue exactly 3 months back as mentioned by technician, then why would someone give this room to guest of the issue was not sorted??? Did not get any answers anyways from the ***ager. 2nd issue was regarding complimentary brekfast. We referred pure Jain meal. So definitely the dishes are made once we order based on raw material availability. Over here the canteen cordinator mentioned that we can only get 2 dishes made. Note for veg (non jain) almost 8-9 varieties where made. Btw they all and I would have paid same amount for the room. Nowhere during the booking it was mentioned free breakfast BUT for Jains only 2 dish customised, so subsequently should have been less rate on the rooms. I fought with the ***ager and got atleast 3-4 dishes made that too on second day. So overall just not recommended if you are pure Veg Jain foody.
