The worst treatment received in 15 years of holiday in France. For an error (not the hotel, this should be said clearly) we presented ourselves as booking via trip.con but in fact there was no availability. The receptionist laughed at the phone with his colleague (director or others, I can't know) because he had to explain it to us assuming that I did not speak French discreetly but that is not the case, unfortunately for her. He indicated us another hotel that was not available by making us doing (at 20) more km, he didn't care about our situation in any way and at last we sleeped in the car.
