Staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The double jacuzzi bath was a nice surprise however the room and patio was a bit tired and could do with a deep clean- paint spilled in jacuzzi bath. Pool was very nice and garden areas were pretty.

Our first stop in Melbourne was the Mornington Peninsula. This hotel was very quiet; it's a resort, not far from the town's main street. We arrived in Melbourne by plane around 7 am and reached the hotel at 10 am. Since the hotel had rooms available, they let us check in early without any extra charge. This allowed us to take a nap after lunch, which was very comfortable. This was one of the few hotels I slept well in during my several days in Melbourne; the hotel also had a terrace.
