Residency Inn & Studios

I can tell the people who work here take good care and make the rooms the best they can possibly be with the resources they have, BUT you still get what you pay for. The rooms have NO dead bolt and doors open to the outside. A group of guys were drinking and smoking outside watching us move in. I had to take the chairs and wedge them between the door and the bed. The road is VERY loud. You will hear ever truck and car that goes up the hill.

The staff are fantastic and helpful. Perfect for staying a night or two. Stove top, microwave, and fridge. I stay here for classes at Waynesburg University every few weeks. Once it’s nice, it’s walking distance to the campus.

Needed more than 1 towel in my room to shower considering there was 2 travelers. Place was clean

Good staff. Arrived later in the evening. Even with a lot of snow, plenty of parking.

Very Clean, newly updated look with full refrigerator and stove. Room was a little small to try to set up a dual monitor computer space, but workable. I considered it an amazing value for the price and will stay here again when in Waynesburg.

The room is good for what it is, however the room security is lacking as it only has the knob lock. Upgrade the security with at least some form of extra internal security. Also while there are fire extinguishers placed outside some of the rooms, since the rooms have their own range top I would recommend a small KIDDIE extinguisher in each room as well. There was nowhere to hang coats in the room. The bed was comfortable enough and the HVAC put out the heat and cooled the room down when it was hot. No complaints about the shower water pressure.

It was nice and clean but I paid for the double room and got a single room.

We only stayed 1 night as we are headed to another destination. It was a nice place to sleep for the night. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Watched a little tv on the AmazonFire Tv, slept, and left early in the morning. It was also very affordable.

Nice inexpensive place to stay . Nice hotel . Room was very clean and had good air conditioning. Everything worked well. Biggest issue was there was not any chairs in the room.
