Hotel was in excellent. However when booking we advised Hotel we had one person in our party lactose intolerant and another gluten intolerant. They said they would cater for this. No desserts catering for these dietary needs and gluten pasta and soup dished up one night for gluten free meal. Food was terrible. Also bare wires connection on air hockey. Reported this, nothing done about it.

Booked all inclusive for this holiday 5 weeks before going we emailed the hotel to confirm that 2 people in our party have allergies to food, I am gluten free and my relative is dairy free upon arrival of holiday me and my relative were not catered for for our food allergies and resulting us not eating any food even though they confirmed they could cater for us, on the 5th day of the holiday we ended up eating out as I was so hungry where the hotel couldn’t cater for us both, kitchen staff were not helpful at all I paided alot of money for all inclusive and I couldn’t eat there. Wouldn’t return back. If you have dietary needs then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Value for money, very clean, food good, staff great, couple of small minor issues, but nothing major, safe didn't work in the room after paying for it, money refunded, but safe not fixed so it could be used! will definitely return to this hotel, great location close to the beach and restaurants

The hotel is not overly large but has a choice of 2 good size swimming pools plus a splash pool. The staff quickly recognised us as customers & nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable with air conditioning. Good selection of food with a broad range of salad. Drinks were self-service. Waiting staff were friendly. On valentine's evening, we were each given a flower & a 'scroll' thanking us for our custom. Hotel is within a short walking distance of the beach & a selection of shops. We were so happy that we booked to go again before leaving for home.

This hotel is advertised has a 4 star. After staying 5 nights I must say it gets a 3 star from me. Rooms where basic and comfortable beds. Pillows were a problem as they where flat as a pancake and could not puffed like a pigeon. Hot water and air con works fine. Food. The food hall had minimal selection of food, as a fussy eater I had no problem eating what was on offer. What I would say is that, kitchen staff need to pay more attention to refilling the buffet as this was not done unless guest asked. Some meat dishes were repetitive. Overall, it was not bad for the price we paid. Inc drinks, Normal or Inc premium I think the normal Inc drinks where fine, good selection of local drinks and was not watered down, well it didnt feel like it. INC PREMIUM, had good selection of imported drinks. Which you can up grade with your standard Inc wrist band for €10 per day Great location to the beach. 2 minutels walk) Old Town, 10- 15 minutes walk via beach or public road. Costa calma, has better local bars around which is 10 minutes on the bus or taxi Walking 45 minutes. Entertainment is in need of some serious help! This is a big let down for the hotel considering there is so much potential. The acrabat show was best. The bingo was a no go, I like bingo but the host made me lose interest. Not to mention the bingo was not digital, and the music was played of YouTube, I'd give the whole Entertainments a 1 star. Room safe extra charge 2-3 euros per day. Staff: 4 stars All hotel Staff were friendly and the hotel was full of Germans, some where miserable, other you could have a laugh with. But that's just people for you. Wheel chair friendly . Sea view room, pool view room. The views are both on the same side of the hotel and the view is far from amazing, I have stayed in much better. I wouldn't be in a hurry to stay here again . Overall I had a relaxing time. Hotel itself during out of season is good for age group 50+

Nice hotel, within very easy walking distance of the beach and local shops. Staff were friendly and reception staff dealt with queries quickly and efficiently. Rooms were clean and functional. Food was reasonable and plentiful, even though very similar every day.

We've just spent an absolutely fabulous week at this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was great. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient and always ready to help - English may not be their strongpoint but they are, after all, Spanish! and I do try to converse in their language when I can. The hotel is spotlessly clean - the grounds/pools, the gardens, the rooms, the restaurant and the bar areas are all maintained to the highest standard. The food is varied with good choices of meat and fish with a particular emphasis on seafood which we love at both lunch and dinner and an excellent choice of salads, fruit, desserts and cheeses. We particularly like the hotel's insistence on men wearing long trousers for dinner, and no shorts or sleeveless vests which is to be applauded as they look so inappropriate in a good quality hotel. The evening entertainment is live 4 nights a week and we also had live entertainment by the pool on 2 occasions - all were excellent especially the musicians. As for the location, it's about 100 meters from possibly one of the best beaches you could find anywhere, just across the road from an array of shops restaurants and cafes and about a 30 minutes stroll along the promenade to the old part of Morro Jable which is a typical Spanish town again with seafront restaurants, shops and ferry terminal to Gran Canaria. Would we go back? - YES, we've just booked 2 weeks next January!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, an excellent location with easy access to a long, sandy beach. Sea swimming can be challenging when the waves are large but still great fun playing in the surf. The smaller pool near the poolside bar is heated in winter and quite warm. Rooms are comfortable with added bonus of a bath as well as a shower. The only real annoyance was a load alarm that sounded throughout the floor. On one occasion it started at 06.10 and went on for some 5 minutes. I complained several times to the front desk and they appeared not to be aware of it and suggested it may be the kitchen lift call sounder. I am surprised at this as the sound was also intrusive on a previous holiday at this hotel (room 168 on both occasions) but as this holiday was longer the sounders were more annoying

So I've recently returned from a week here all inclusive with my 13 year old daughter... I'll start with my first impressions, reception staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The reception area is very clean and tidy, the hotel grounds (compared to many I've been to) are quite small, so you can find your way around easily. Our room was basic, but clean and tidy, I have to say the wardrobe was very generous with hangars. If you don't get your room cleaned, you will get a voucher for a premium drink left for you. This is a good idea, however because of this there doesn't seem to be many housekeeping staff. There was one day mid way through I wanted clean towels, so I didn't put the thing on the door, but I didn't get the room cleaned, nor a voucher. The next day however it did get cleaned. The animation team do a great job, the entertainment was pretty good, which is welcome when Morro Jable really doesn't have much in the way of nightlife/live entertainment. The cocktails are like most AI hotels nowadays, made with squash and come out of a machine. The premium cocktails are obviously better but VERY strong. The pool was always clean, but I think they do enforce no inflatables, not once did anyone have one. The restaurant... very clean, good choice of drinks, breakfast and lunch, had much the same vast choice, however evening meal choices were in my opinion a bit limited. My daughter is slightly less fussy than me but even she settled for chips and pizza most nights. One slight critism is that every hotel I've ever been to in the past, whether the canaries or greek islands has a board outside the restaurant telling you what the "theme" for the evening meal will be that day, so early on if it's something you really don't want you can plan to go out for the evening, so you do have to just go in and see what's on that evening. I think that covers it, as a Brit you should be prepared to be a minority, I'd guess we were 5% where the rest were German. But I can't say we were treated any differently. I'd recommend, especially if you want to be right next to the beach, and don't tie yourself to the hotel for evening meals every day.
