"Very excellent location on one of the main streets in Moscow that is well connected to several attractions. We stayed here several times. The only issue is with the Taxi parking not next to the building entrance which is a 2 minute walking (especially when booking a taxi to airport in addition to GPS signal issue currently). Former luxuriousness has faded (no turndown service, no plush towels, no exclusive bath cosmetics) but still a very solid 5-star hotel in an unbeatable location for tourists, and excellent value for money. My biggest issue really was no coffee machine in the room:)"

"I booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket."
