Отличный отель! Постельное и полотенца меняли через день. Приветливые и отзывчивые администраторы. Есть бесплатный скоростной интернет. Завтрак через дом в уютном, милом кафе. Метро как и заявлено на сайте 8-10 минут пешком. В общем осталась довольна.

Расположение на Чистопрудном бульваре передает атмосферу старой Москвы, метро находится в шаговой доступности. Красивые и чистые номера, приветливый администратор, утром приготовила нам утром капучино.

Мы заехали поздно, часов в 12 ночи 14 сентября. Нас было двое, у каждой отдельный номер. Когда я зашла в номер, увидела, что кровать не убрана, постельное смято и одеяло смято, на столе стояла недопитая бутылка воды, в урне был мусор, а в душевой чьи-то волосы. Я позвала администратора. Надо отдать ей должное, она очень извинялась, предложила в качестве бонуса утром завтрак и быстро при мне убрала номер. Она сказала, что на следующий день уберут тщательно, сейчас она сделала быструю уборку. На следующий день утром я ушла и пришла поздно вечером. Мой номер не был убран. Администратор был уже другой. На мой вопрос про уборку, она ответила, что убрали соседний номер - перепутали. Я пришла очень уставшая, так что от второй уборки при мне я отказалась. Также там не работали 2 светильника. В ванной у зеркала и прикроватный. Расположение отличное, сам отель милый, маленький, халатное отношение и волосы в душевой - мерзость.
