Artcourt Moscow Center (f. Courtyard Moscow City Center)

Check-in was pretty fast, and the front desk service was good. The hotel's value for money is average, but the room facilities are old, the toilet is about to crack, and the tissue box falls off when I pull it out. Can't we get something better? The hotel is in a better location, not far from the Red Square. It’s far away, a 20-minute walk. When you go out of the hotel, turn right and there are a lot of food on the street, including Japanese restaurants and Russian restaurants.

The overall experience of the hotel is average. I am a light sleeper. On the first night, I was arranged to stay in a room next to the road. As a result, I did not sleep well all night. Moreover, many restaurants and bars near the hotel were very noisy at night like discos. , and the sound of motorcycles is simply thunderous. The bathroom is very small. After washing in the bathtub, the entire floor was covered with water. It was so wet that it was difficult to get down. Fortunately, we were moved to a quieter room the next day. The bathroom was much better without a bathroom and there was no water on the floor. The lady at the front desk speaks English very well. She is one of the better English-speaking front desk staff in Moscow. Her English is better than that of the 5-star hotel where she stayed before. This is quite gratifying. The breakfast is not bad and rich.

The location of the hotel is very good, a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. The spire of the Kremlin can be seen from the windows on the upper floors. There are many restaurants nearby, the room decoration is quite satisfactory, and overall the experience is okay.

The original Courtyard Hotel, now called Atcourt, has a good environment and a good location. It is close to Red Square. The breakfast is average and the service is good. It is relatively high-end. I will stay here again next time

We stayed at this hotel for the second time (the 1st was on a business trip, now with my family while traveling with transit through Moscow). I really like the location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, network standards (although now this hotel has ceased to be part of the global chain). Separately, I note the presence of an iron and ironing board in the room - always relevant. We settled a little earlier than the check-in time, left the luggage in the luggage room upon check-out - thanks for these opportunities!

Generally speaking, I am really not used to eating in the Lebanese restaurant at the door. Will not stay here again.
