除了位置好，服務有史以來最差的，
房間衹有一張床
滿屋子都是新裝修的膠水味道
住了3天沒一天打掃，浴巾都沒給換。門上掛了clean也沒人管，想提前退被告知不行

離市區好近，就是導航需要走到院子，很多司機不懂。很值，家庭房餐具齊全，還有洗漱用品，還有拖鞋。 公共衞生間都是香香的

Stayed for a couple nights. Clean, quiet place and easy access to Red Square and other tourist attractions. Food is nearby. Everything needed for a visit to Moscow. Visited from Washington State :) ✌️

I went to hotel in the night, asked for a room for 5 nights, the guy on the reception said the room will be available in the morning, the price will be 13800 rubles for standard room and 14900 for improved room, I reserved the improved and he told me to come in the morning, in the morning I came back the hotel to find another girl which so rude and she said the price is 19,500 rub , and she started to be more rude and said you are not hearing good, the price is always 19500 rub, if you don’t like you can go and find another hotel for your money budget, I asked her to call the guy from the night, she refused and told me go out. I will never recommend this hotel for my friends.

Эконом вариант, жирный плюс - это месторасположение. Сам номер - окно, кровать от стенки до стенки, вешалка настенная для верхней одежды, душевая напоминает, вариант на корабле, в целом не плохо на пару ночей, но душевая однозначно требует частой очистки, вода долго стоит и не сливается, скорее всего забит слив волосами или не правильный уклон.

Из плюсов: - отличное место, тихое и в самом центре Москвы - круглосуточное заселение - в номере с удобствами есть душ, туалет, ТВ, фен - широкая двуспальная кровать с хорошим бельём и нормальными подушками - есть общий холодильник, микроволновка, стиральная машина, отпариватель и утюг, бойлер для подогрева воды и фильтр для питья - кондиционер с подогревом спасал в январский лютый холод Из минусов: - убирают в номерах недостаточно хорошо, под матрасом остатки средств гигиены от прежних постояльцев - бельё за 5 ночей не меняли, хотя обязаны раз в три дня (объяснили его нехваткой) - шампунь и гель для душа приходилось просить каждый раз - в день приезда сток в душевой был забит, вода не уходила и стоял затхлый запах, сантехник всё устранил на следующий день - в комнате не хватает небольшой полочки для мелких вещей (косметика, наручные часы и т.д.) - в душевой целесообразно положить резиновый коврик, так как плитка очень скользкая

Очень хороший и недорогой отель, в центре города, в шаговой доступности Красная площадь. Очень отзывчивые и вежливые сотрудники. Комнаты чистые, есть все необходимое для проживания. Рекомендую всем, кто собирается посетить Москву.
