Rested in early April in these apartments. At first it seemed to be nothing. We were met and given the keys to the room. They had to take us to the room so that we signed everything on the spot, but they said they had a lot to do and just gave the keys. Upon entering the room, we were surprised to find that the door was already open. Called at the reception, asked how this could be. We didn't get a clear answer. Locked up and relaxed. A couple of hours later, 2 cleaners came to visit us without knocking. Is this normal? We were shocked. They didn’t leave the room. You never know for what purpose their employee walks without notification and knocks.

Я только что вернулась из деловой поездки. Собственно,номер снимался для переговоров ну и моего дальнейшего отдыха после. Говорилось,что это самый безупречный отель. О боже,если бы я знала, что это не так. Условия просто безобразные, видимо азиаты управленцы,не в состоянии убрать такое количество номеров самостоятельно,а нанимать персонал не хотят. В итоге встречу я перенесла в кафе напротив а в номер пришла лишь переночевать. От кровати,спина до сих пор отваливается......

Во первых меня заселили в другой номер. При моем возмущении, сказали, мы не можем заселять вас туда куда вы хотите (хотя номер был забронирован определенного вида), Заметьте, номер был на 4 тысячи дешевле бронированного мной-специально проверил. Во вторых - не вернули залог, без объяснения причин, сказали-вы свободны.

У меня был поздний выезд, после 18:00, так как путешествовала по работе.(ПОМЕТКА: все было за доп.оплату) Ко мне начали ломиться с 10 утра, сначала с просьбами о выселении, затем уже начали высказываться в неприемлемой форме. Полный бардак!
