The location of the hotel is good. Delicious food in the dining room. But the elderly cleaner grumbles and swears at the guests. It feels like you are in a Soviet boarding house. The impression of the rest was unpleasant. Rooms and lifts are old. I do not recommend!

The hotel does not correspond to the declared star rating for the following reasons: firstly, inconvenient location, more than 1 km distance from the metro stations Dostoevskaya and Maryina Roshcha. The hotel has 4 elevators, two of which are like from a horror movie with dim flickering lights and rattling chains. The room of the Standard category does not stand up to criticism, the room has not been renovated for a very long time, dirty, dirty walls, instead of the declared flat TV, a toy monitor, a musty smell, the curtain was constantly falling in the bathroom, there was no landline phone for communication, there was also no WIFI. Used mobile internet. Carpeting is just awful. Holes in the floor are felt under it. The hotel is in need of a major overhaul and complete disinfection for a long time. For a buffet breakfast, you will be offered porridge, pancakes, cottage cheese, sour casserole NOT the first freshness, scrambled eggs, the cheapest cheese and sliced ​​sausage, the cheapest Lipton tea in bags and Americano coffee from a coffee machine. The list is exhaustive. And they call it the Buffet. And every day is the same. On the 17 floors of the hotel there is only one ironing room on the 3rd floor with one ironing board and iron. To iron a shirt, you need to take a queue and stand in it for about an hour. I could not even imagine that there were still such hotels in the center of Moscow. This hotel does not deserve any stars at all. Of the pluses, I can only note the polite attitude of the maids, who, at the request of the client, always change towels and clean the room.
