There is no Chinese service at the front desk, and the English service is also very average. They always speak in Russian. The service attitude is very poor. They don’t raise their heads when talking. Check-in is very slow. The hotel registration document is required for check-in. Many places no longer require it. The breakfast is not self-service. Yes, you can eat whatever is served. There are many companies working downstairs in an apartment-style apartment, which makes the elevator very slow. Each floor has access control. The door card failed and I ran down again to re-swipe it... The transportation is not convenient. 購物很方便，樓下就有多個購物店。樓下有公交車站。旁邊還有越南的飲食店。有一個比較大的商場。房間有廚房可自己做飯。

1）房間很大很寬敞 2）wifi還可以 3）洗刷用品齊全，衞生也及時 4）早餐就很雞肋，還不如自己做，不符合中國人口味 5）左手邊有大型shopping mall，二樓有很多越南餐廳 ，比較符合中國人口味，但是每天早上10點才開門 6）停車場很大，打yandex-go出租車也很方便

酒店性價比是高的。主要存在問題是酒店前台的女士。都説俄羅斯人基層很固執。
本次入住，我開具了前一個酒店的登記卡，完全履行了一個遊客正常要做的所有事情。結果到河內酒店的前台，死活不讓入住，説是前一個酒店的登記卡的蓋章沒有一個數字。但我看了去年的其他酒店的登記卡，也有很多酒店沒有那個數字的。前後打電話給上一個酒店，那可是俄羅斯最高級的酒店。上一個酒店表示：整個莫斯科也會是河內酒店會有這種不認他家登記卡的情況出現。最後兩家酒店一家説他們無能為力，表示如果我要回去（一個小時車程）他們歡迎。河內酒店前台女士居然讓我退訂！簡直不可理喻。乃至於差點影響了晚上的赴宴。最後無奈之下我直接到了酒店行政管理部門，幸甚！酒店管理人員是年輕的一輩俄羅斯人，相當積極，以很快的速度給予瞭解決！使得這次頗為讓人莫名其妙的經歷得到了較好的解決，在20分鐘內入住了酒店。酒店行政的負責人贈送了些小禮物作為壓驚安慰。
希望河內酒店以後不要再給外國旅客這樣的驚嚇了。貴酒店性價比是很不錯的，特別是每個房間有洗衣機能洗衣服。這一點是其他酒店都沒有的。希望不要因為僵硬的經常莫名其妙的前台影響旅客印象
