酒店位置靠近Kuzminki地鐵口，附近有商場，超市比較便利，還可以去Kuzminki park散步。
周圍是社區，比較安全，酒店在4樓，沒有電梯。找酒店花了點時間。
最滿意的是三角窗，在窗邊辦公，發呆，喝喝茶不錯。
隔音不太好，帶女朋友、老婆的話可以跟鄰居PK一下高低音，交響曲，混唱。

Ужасно! Заселяясь в этот отель вы заселяетесь в комнату с бумажными стенами и совершенно не сможете выспаться, тк будете слушать ор быдловатых соседей. Слышимость колоссальная! Это реально проблема и способ ее решения со стороны отеля - выдать вам беруши!

房間是乾淨衞生的，但是我預訂的是最貴的21平米的所謂小套房，實際給我的感覺就10幾個平米的普通房，但是語言不通所以也沒辦法交流溝通。
房間設施也挺齊全，暖氣很足。但是我必須吐槽這個酒店在4樓而且沒有電梯，因此我帶着個20公斤的行李箱爬樓梯真的快累死了。
服務方面就沒啥好多説了，壓根沒有任何英語能力、房間也不是每天打掃的、房間內的水就第一天給了一瓶後面再也沒有了，乏善可陳。
反正下一次我不會入住了，寧可選離莫斯科市區近一點的。

離市中心稍遠（但地鐵口很近，到市中心紅場那邊也就30分鐘地鐵），沒有電梯（前台和房間都在4樓），但是這2點對我來説不是問題。房間乾淨，暖氣充足，沒有異味，沒有蚊蟲類，24小時熱水，床墊非常舒服，三角窗很別緻，前台很專業，隔音也不錯。周圍是居民住宅樓，感覺比較安全。地鐵口有食品超市和咖啡店。總之各方面都很推薦了。

房間-非常好看，特別喜歡三角窗，所以多訂了兩天，
工作人員-非常熱心，下雨還幫我點外賣，
交通-到地鐵站也近，
提示-沒有電梯，需要手提行李到4樓，
-然後工作人員基本不會英語，我們是翻譯軟件溝通的

連續入住的，沒有安排打掃房間。
12月份去的，下了大雪，冬天感覺整個大自然都很安靜。房間暖氣非常足，從窗户看雪景，真是一級棒。
前台很nice，不能英語交流，藉助翻譯工具，幫忙叫車/指路...。
就是房間在4樓，沒有電梯，扛行李有點費勁。

前台樓層在4樓，沒有電梯，自己拎箱子上去，前門很難找，提前到酒店了，想辦理入住沒有辦法辦理，衹能等到2點以後，沒有辦法取消，讓前台取消，讓聯繫訂購平台，最後取消罰很多錢幾乎相當於房費，體驗感極差

距離 kuzimini 地鐵站很近，如果在東南區的話性價比比較高。畢竟在莫斯科，酒店品質普遍不是很好。至少跟乾淨。
