Great hotel, very clean, big room with a comfortable king-size bed We checked in very late at night, and there was no problem with checking out advantage: 1) Location (Metro, mtsk and mtsd are all within walking distance, about 5-10 minutes) 2) Clean and comfortable room 3) There are hot and cold water on the floor Disadvantages, or rather hope: 1) Put sanitary products in the room (it says that they can be obtained for free, but you don’t have to worry about anything if you want to move into the room) So a great hotel, I definitely recommend it

I didn't like everything. It's not a hotel, it's a brothel of some kind. It's impossible to rest in the room. The sewer pipe is ripping in the corridor like an elephant in the marriage period. Apparently as soon as any of the guests use the bathroom. The door from the smallest passage walks. Here just bulging in the rail and grim. Noise isolation is not in principle in this ”hotel.” On the respiratory completely illiterate staff. Clearly, not officially decorated. I went to the room and couldn't even stay there. I left an hour after check-in! The manager of the hotel network for a week and a half I promised to return the money for this failed night, never returned. I told fairy tales a week, then stopped taking the tubes. My advice to you - avoid booking this incomprehensible institution!

Looks like a small hotel, no elevator, rooms are on the second floor, the stairs are so high, the children have to climb up on four feet, I live on the third floor, I feel more tired than climbing the fifth floor of China, the facilities are very old It is slightly better than the domestic hotel, and it is not a little bit worse than the domestic general hotel.

Приехали в Москву на майские праздники и по совету друзей выбрали отель Космос. Ехали мы семьей из Питера , что бы не таскаться с чемоданами заказали такси через отель, конечно понимая, что такси через отель будет стоить несколько дороже , но… встреча с табличкой у вагона, помощь с вещами и комфортабельный автомобиль того стоят🧐 (это мы так думали заказывая такси через службу отеля Космос, это же нам подтвердили при заказе и в отеле , стоимость поездки нам назвали 2300 рублей (отдать водителю)) Но все оказалось совсем не так 🤷‍♂️ За пол часа до прибытия поезда позвонил Водитель и сказал что поскольку наш вагон находится в конце он к вагону не пойдёт и будет нас ждать на выходе из вокзала, мы встретились, вещи он донести до машины помог , но когда мы увидели его автомобиль 🤦‍♂️ Сложилось впечатление, что мы не в Москве а в Каком нибудь Лазаревском. Старая, местами помятая Шевроле седан, не особо чистая внутри. Учитывая что отель находится в 5 км от Ленинградского вокзала довез быстро и взял 2300 рублей, что дороже бизнес класса Яндекс такси ровно в 2,5 раза🧐. Тут напрашивается просьба к отелю не оказывать услуги по вызову такси , что бы не портить впечатление об отеле ещё в него не заселившись!!! На стойке регистрации нас достаточно быстро заселили, но правда кроме нас в 21-30 никто не заселялся. Мы заселились в два номера бизнес на 25 этаже (отель их позиционирует как 4 звёзды, друзья говорили , что для этих номеров предусмотрен завтрак в ресторане на 25 этаже, но во время нашего прибывания в отеле этот ресторан был закрыт), в одном из номеров не работал входной замок (починили быстро), мы попросили застелить дополнительное одеяло, но нам просто принесли пододеяльник ( застилать видимо гости должны сами🤣). Мебель в номерах довольно уставшая, местами сломанная. Но кровати с матрасами вполне удобные. С подушками видимо как кому повезёт🤷‍♂️ Нам повезло! а соседи по этажу жаловались. В номере халаты есть , наборы гигиенические есть, но если вы использовали одноразовую зубную щетку , то ее вам никто не восполнит на следующий день. Когда я у уборщицы попросил принести мне новый набор , получил ответ , что они дают его только один раз при заезде (на 4 дня…..🤦‍♂️). Ежедневно в номере только выносят мусор и застилают кровать без покрывала . Грязные стаканы, появляющуюся пыль, разводы на раковине и т.д гостям придётся убирать самим , по крайней мере ни в одном из наших номеров за 4 дня персоналом отеля это не делалось. Вечером после 21-00 практически негде поесть, заявленный Рум сервис ( 24часа) по факту не существует, узнать в какое время он работает нам так и не удалось, информации на этот счёт нигде нет. Пришли на завтрак (входящий в стоимость) в ресторан галактика на 3 этаже , при входе администратор нам сообщила что убирать со столов у неё некому и предложила нам пойти в другой ресторан. Мы все же решили пройти и позавтракать в галактике. Зайдя в ресторан мы увидели что в ресторане 2/3 столов свободны но не убраны после предыдущих посетителей. Нам все

On foot - 10 minutes - from the metro of Alexeevskaya. Closed parking. Near 2 grocery stores. In the room a teapot, a refrigerator, a set of soap gel bags, slippers. Hearing through the door is excellent, I recommend taking berush. Bed linen white, towels are twisted, and not fresh. The curtains are blackout. The cleaning in the room is strange-folded for what the blankets, removed my shoes, but did not wash the floor in the bath as was dirt in the corners and remained. Breakfast is fractional. In general - recommend.

Неужели этого хватит для резерва апартаментов ? Я скажу Да. Я живу в Yes Botanica два с половиной месяца. И мне будет жаль не гостя, а управляющую компанию. Marina Bay Sound это не про Вас, однако у Вас есть и Марина и Вау эффект и Звук перевода денег в аппартаменты, где есть и сервис и приветствие и своевременный check out для своих гостей не в 12 часов, а в 14:00 где и вещи помогут отнести до авто. Например в Yes Apartment есть светлый дизайн и Мне понравился свежий дизайн и вообще очень классно, когда кормят на ура в кафе за те же деньги, но не отдавая отчет в ценовой политике заведения, где есть и Любовь к искусству, и Любовь к Семье, и Любовь к живописному Повару, который готовить совсем не умеет. За что ему платят деньги Мне не понятно, однако тарелку я возвращаю через раз с очень неприятным настроением, потому что кафе тоже относится к управляющей компании, допустившей этот беспредел до нормы восприятия. Я много раз говорила, что на ресепшн знают ответы на все вопросы, однако менеджер ресторана на 1 этаже никогда не отвечает на поставленный вопрос, что происходи с меню ? Почему Я плачу так дорого за консервы в совершенно непотребном виде на тарелке ? Я плачу не за дизайн пюре под веточкой зелени, Я плачу за вкус, что создает Повар в отношении Самого Себя и здесь спасает заведение команда официантов, судорожно извиняющих Самих Себя в присутствии управляющего, который посмел Мне намекнуть на то, что это не должно повториться. Я не очень поняла намека или Мне повторить на втором этаже суть сервиса за который платят деньги Те Женщины, что уважают Самих Себя.

No free slippers although for hygiene purposes they should be 4. The glass under the brushes is not even , it has to take the ordinary glass and put 5. It smelled terrible from the sewer 6. WiFi does not catch on practically floors above the tenth 7. Living with the child for several nights. Very successful location, to the subway and underground, and ground nothing, to VDNH, too, can walk. Shops, pharmacies, cafes - all nearby. The room was small, but we came only to sleep, so there were lots of places and no need, the main shower and toilet in the room and clean!!! The general kitchen, in which thermopot (boiling 24 hours a day), the refrigerator and microwave. In general, they are satisfied.
