Hotel Diamond Apartments

The apartments for the maiden were booked, all details were provided with the administrator and staff in advance: the number of people, decorations (mishura on the floor) etc. The problems began since the arrival of the hotel. The girls were not allowed to go to the apartments, arguing that we were over-numbered (as if there should be 4 people), although it was prescribed that a person would be 10 and for the same reason I was deposited in the amount of 100,000. If 4 people were planned, with what logic then the staff demanded this deposit from me? !!! .Having kept us half an hour down, spoiling the mood, with the grief half of us all missed. But nothing ended. During the departure from the apartments, the administrator Polina began to demand a fine of 5000 for the dop.cleaning of the mishura on the floor (though this was stipulated in advance and we were told that the cleaners would take away without problems). Then Polina began to demand 10,000 for cleaning the mishura (apparently there was a price indexation in her head in two minutes). Having heard the argument that everything was stipulated and not getting 10,000 Polina said we need to wait at least an hour now to check the floor (suddenly we scratched it). Now we sit in the clock waiting, with a bad mood and wait for scratches on the floor. I won't be surprised if the floor is scratched specifically. And then the staff will come up with 100 more reasons to fine us and not let us leave quietly. The holiday was successful, you won't say anything! Just disgusting!

No more disgusting, dirty hotel has been found, even in poor small provincial cities. I did not expect such a dirty-saddening dirt in such an area as they. Not a hotel, but a cheap community, with the average cost of the hotel. On the phone, the HOSTINICA says, not a community. breakfast is a Swedish table. Although breakfast (not risked ordering, felt a nausea) they are dragged into the room, some people who are out of the cooks. The smell on all floors, because in the rooms there are gastarbaiters from Central Asia (which the administrator is trying to issue for Turks-businessmen), on a person 10-15 in one room, at the same time they manage to prepare food in their chambers. In those cells where crowds live, beds are multi-layer - up to the ceiling, like barracks or prisons. In the corridors, gastarbaiters in pants and boss are elephant. Sit in the corridor on the corridors, talking by phone. The administrator refused to return the money after I checked in, paid the room, and entered it. The room stayed for five minutes and decided not to risk health and nerves. Always sleepy and permanently absent administrator Tatiana, demanded to pay for 20 minutes of stay in their chalman, which they give for the hotel - 2500 rubles, allegedly for cleaning, hearing that I do not want to stay in this clopovnik and wish to move. The price is almost 4000 rubles, absolutely not corresponding to the quality of this washing. Now, you will have to change things. Because everything smells. Keep away from this saddle of clops, cockroaches and other ugly things. Do not take photos of the rooms - they do not correspond to the reality. Photos outside - partly but parked cars - residents of the residential complex, and have nothing to do with this washing. As a result, spit on money, to go to Proton, which is worth the same, but at the level of service and atmosphere, with normal breakfasts - just a galaxy.

Very enjoyed staying at the hotel! Before the trip there were fears, after reading negative reviews, so I am glad that the worst expectations were not met. The location is chic, 2 minutes from the 3rd exit of the metro station ”Lomonosovsky Avenue,” next to the Botanical Garden of the Moscow State University, Vorobyov mountains. Staff attitude liked. I asked to settle us with a daughter in 11.00, As the train arrived at this time. and it is difficult for her to wait (disability). We were ordered in 5 minutes, the surcharge was not taken! The room was on the 7m floor, with a chic view on the MG.” The room is spacious, separate beds, TV, refrigerator, cabinet, mirror. The bathroom and the bathroom are small but all clean. A little teapot in the room, but there is a cooler on each floor. I liked the food. Breakfast Swedish table, from 7 to 10. Starting with 12.00 starts to serve complex lunches (500 r, very tasty and beautiful, the kitchen Russian and Uzbek), from 16.00 complex dinners. You can also order meals on the menu, ice cream, etc. You can pay everything by card. Staff international, all polite, there is a corporate style. The eastern girls - waitresses not only have clothes similar, but also hairstyle (on one day the coats were wrapped in the same way, in another beautiful beams). The price is normal, not the cheapest hotel, but quite budgetary. Still of the pluses. The building is old, Soviet, and there is no terrible hearing like in modern hotels. We haven't heard anyone at all. Small minus sleep quality: noises the highway, when the window is closed is not critical. On the low floors it is probably stronger to hear. In general. We and my daughter found our option of accommodation in Moscow.

Breakfast is very rich and changes a little every day. The location is very good, near the Kiev metro station and train station, next to the large shopping mall, it is very convenient to eat inside, especially the Japanese food on the second floor is very good. Stop at the pavilion.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, there are convenience stores around, the room environment is good, and it is very quiet. It was when I asked whether the Ctrip standard room was for one person or two people. I replied that one person was actually a twin room, which caused us to waste an extra room. The hotel is only two subway stations to the exhibition, very convenient, recommended
