The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. Will have the opportunity to live again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding attractions are very convenient for shopping. The price of the room type picture provided by Ctrip does not match the actual price. It is best to ask before the reservation, the breakfast is more general, the hot food is not much, the western breakfast, the room scenery is poor, most of the interior is facing Courtyard, room size is large, spare parts are not bad, service response is slow, overall service is general, restaurant selection is small, concierge service is good, price is high, cost is relatively general

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel! We love this hotel very much! Ideally located for us! Downstairs there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy! It is convenient to get to any direction! It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. What makes Arbat 6 a splendid hotel is not the cosy rooms, the amazing quality of bath products, the location in moscow. All of this is great, but the service is awesome. Not only friendly, but especially helpful for someone who does not come often to Moscow. The location is great, the recommendations are fantastic, the hotel has a partnership with a close-by fitness center. However we had two experiences unique. I had to clean my clothes and ....they took everything and did it for free. This is unique. We had to let several gifts, and packages including swiss chocolate, some jewelry and medicine, for friends who would come at the hotel while we were outside. Everything was given. Honesty, Courtesy, and lots of support during our stay define Arbat 6, with all the top quality you can find in your bedroom.

The hotel was staying for a few days (3 nights). Hotel is 2*, but no 3 The room was cleaned every day (at least tried), changed the towels every day. Tomorrow we had a room, cooked it and brought the same girl as the room was cleaning. Breakfasts are quite scarce, you can choose 2 dishes per person and drink. The floor is curved, the beds are not exactly standing if we lie as the beds are standing, the head below the feet - that is not good. The room was cold (was in September, from the window dulo, the windows old). Our room was also staff rooms. The staff was not embarrassed that behind the wall the guests were noisy, smoked. But, after the comments, a little calm. The plumbing is all old as well, the room needs repair. But, we saw one other room a little bit, there was much better than ours. Here, apparently, lucky. Because we came to the room only to sleep, that is in principle tolerable. But the hotel I will definitely not advise and I will not go back there anymore). We got on the stock and paid 10,000 for two for 3 nights and 4 days, I believe that this amount is justified but not more. Very close to Red Square, it is a undeniable plus.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. The day before the arrival I decided to specify whether I could. It turned out that with the number some problems and to settle me will not give me. Thank God they helped make money not write off.
