The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. Will have the opportunity to live again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding attractions are very convenient for shopping. The price of the room type picture provided by Ctrip does not match the actual price. It is best to ask before the reservation, the breakfast is more general, the hot food is not much, the western breakfast, the room scenery is poor, most of the interior is facing Courtyard, room size is large, spare parts are not bad, service response is slow, overall service is general, restaurant selection is small, concierge service is good, price is high, cost is relatively general

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel! We love this hotel very much! Ideally located for us! Downstairs there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy! It is convenient to get to any direction! Or even walk! To the Red Square to walk a maximum of 10 minutes! In general, we like this hotel) there is no even thought to change for another! It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

What makes Arbat 6 a splendid hotel is not the cosy rooms, the amazing quality of bath products, the location in moscow. All of this is great, but the service is awesome. Not only friendly, but especially helpful for someone who does not come often to Moscow. The location is great, the recommendations are fantastic, the hotel has a partnership with a close-by fitness center. However we had two experiences unique. I had to clean my clothes and ....they took everything and did it for free. This is unique. We had to let several gifts, and packages including swiss chocolate, some jewelry and medicine, for friends who would come at the hotel while we were outside. Everything was given. Honesty, Courtesy, and lots of support during our stay define Arbat 6, with all the top quality you can find in your bedroom.

There is a super large toy store, there are many subway stations next to it, and there is a supermarket and bakery. It can be said to be quiet. The room is very clean, my room is in a corner location, so the layout is a bit different from other rooms, there are two small windows, but not too bright, other rooms are better, but my bed is a European-style large bed 🤗 toiletries are provided . The breakfast is bought with money, it is strongly recommended not to eat there, it needs to be ordered, not a self-service. The waitress has a mediocre attitude, and the food is actually okay, but she is not used to it. The price of more than 100 yuan to eat two staple foods, a cup of drink, a cup of yogurt, is really not affordable. It's better to go to the KFC next to it, 20% full.

They were in May 2021 with a 3-year-old child, they were very satisfied. Plus: - There is everything necessary for comfortable accommodation in the apartments. If something was missing or could not find, girls with respiratory immediately came to help - actually, girls on respiratory) Specially, Alena) Very friendly and smiley, thank you for a good mood! - excellent location and great view from the window!!! Everything in the walking availability: metro, supermarket, sights. - silence (not counting the guul from Arbat, but with closed windows of norms) Even not minus, And features: -Breakfast in Chocolate on weekends starts at 10.00. Just take this fact into account if you are early birds or need to feed the child) Breakfast is worthy, choice is. I would point out that since we had an early departure, we went to meet and made lunch-boxes (breads, cheese, which is very pleasant) - the price ”bite,” But in my opinion, given the location and the overall level of service, it is not overstated for Moscow.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. The day before the arrival I decided to specify whether I could. It turned out that with the number some problems and to settle me will not give me. Thank God they helped make money not write off. The question is why they didn't even warn and everything turned out in the last minute. It became known that even if I had come, I wouldn't be set up because there was no analogue.
