This hotel was very convenient. Walking distance to the famous bridge in Mostar. The room was ok. The toilet too. The wifi was working well. The staff was very friendly.The breakfast super simple and the restaurant very small I felt there was not enough space. When I was in the room I could hear the noise from other guests in the hallway. The walls seem not to be concrete? For a solo female traveler was ok. Not sure for families (I saw many families wity children here).

I really liked the hotel: cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, top-notch staff. There's a pool and a sauna. Everything was great.

Great location in close proximity to the old town. Very friendly staff - I was leaving early and they started breakfast for me ahead of the official opening. One minus is the sound proof system between the rooms, which didn't seem to exist - I could hear every step and discussion happening in the neighboring rooms

Everything was perfect. I had an amazing stay. Clean room, good location, very friendly and polite personnel. If you're coming to Mostar, stay in this hotel!

Central hotel, average but good

The hotel is within walking distance of the old bridge and has free parking, which requires advance reservation via email. Although it is in the center of the small town, cars can still drive in. The building is old but very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Unfortunately, the spa facilities were under maintenance on the day of my check-in, so I was unable to enjoy the free sauna.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the old bridge and the streets of the old town. The hotel itself is located on a quiet side street. Nearby is a descent to the picturesque Neretva River. Hotel guests have free, unlimited access to the sauna and swimming pool. Breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The facilities are very old; the air conditioner doesn't work, and the radiators aren't functioning.

A small hotel with very good service, convenient and comfortable, modern facilities, free sauna on the -1 floor. Walk out to the quiet in the hustle and bustle, ignoring the two ruins next to it.

The room is really small. It's difficult for a fat person to turn around in the shower. The breakfast is okay. The service is good. Luggage storage is convenient. It's in the ancient town, with buses nearby and convenient transportation. There is a swimming pool and sauna, but I didn't use them.

Great hotel, great location. Very helpful staff, spa. Old bridge 3 minutes walk. Clean, cozy. I recommend 100 percent. It is warm in March, believe me, this is not in all hotels in Bosnia. I liked it very much

The hotel has a great location and its own parking lot, but it's a bit hard to find. If you park according to directions from staff outside the hotel, you'll be charged. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the attractions.
