Very big room, clean, and very friendly owner!! The breakfast was great.
The location is a bit remote, but not a problem if you have a car. It is super quiet at night.

Very good

The guesthouse is located in the countryside. Not very convenient, but really quiet and peaceful. I spent a relaxing time there, sleeping early and awaking early everyday. The owners are very nice. The breakfasts every morning are tasty. The house is full of Beatles’ posters and discs. I love the vintage vibe so much.
The cleanliness is acceptable. There were some little geckos and insects in the room. But it was understandable because of the location.
The wifi is not working. I was compelled to take a social detox. Lol.

I stayed at a rural inn featured in Japanese dramas (except for the one in picture 1)...perfect for taking CCD photos 🤣 But it was so expensive during the summer! It's usually under 200 yen, but I booked 500 yen a night. I passed another hotel (pic 1) that was 2780 yen a night, so I skipped it.
Actually, rural inns in Japan have many rules (like no washing machines after 8 pm and no showers or hair dryers after 10 pm), and the buildings are mostly old and wooden, even the bathrooms are wood with a cement coating, which is a bit hard to understand. Aside from the geckos and spiders in the room (I'm not afraid of geckos at all and find them cute, but spiders are a different story, though. But northern Okinawa isn't very modernized, and I saw so many spiders on the streets, I was amazed. Anyway, if you're afraid of spiders, don't stay here), it's really quite unique.
The owner really tried their best to provide excellent service; there were many foreign language tips posted inside, and the breakfast was delicious (you absolutely must try the bitter melon when you come to Okinawa, it's so good!!!). The washrooms and toilets were also made to be modern (for example, the area above the entrance hall is still very old-fashioned with wooden structures, but the shower room wasn't made of pure wood, it was covered with cement).
By the way, besides the aquarium itself, you can also check out the attached botanical garden, which is amazing! It costs about 750 yen per person! It's so much prettier than botanical gardens in China, with lots of flowers and a lot of space!

The owner is very nice, and his wife cooks delicious food right in the house across the street. Convenient location, shuttle to the aquarium. I'm absolutely happy!
The washing machine is 100 yen, the dryer is 200 yen.

The location is a bit far. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store Lawson. You have to walk at an adult pace without taking a break. There are no street lights along the road at night, but it’s okay if you drive. There are various hotels and Chinese cemeteries on the roadside! Because there are no street lights, you can see the stars clearly at night! The boss collects a lot of photos and information about the Beatles, which is super cool! Breakfast is also provided. Opposite the accommodation is the fried ** opened by the boss. It is recommended to arrive before dark! Clean and quiet!
It is recommended to use blackout curtains for bedroom curtains. Equipped with an all-in-one washer and dryer, and do not place the machine on a shelf. The quality of the food ordered was very good.
