This hotel was a let down despite the lovely location, the hall and dinning rooms are very well decorated and maintained, in general the property is well maintained. However what it lacks is hospitality! The reception is quite pathetic, and the very poor internet is something they need to sort out. International guests need to have a proper working internet access.. The food is finger licking good especially the dinner. Breakfast is rather poor.. Chef who was new to the hotel served up fantastic meals at dinner.. Hospitality is missing big time, especially considering that the owners/ ***ager have a training in hospitality, which one just does not feel at all.

The best experience we could ever have at any hotel was the one we had at this palace. Honestly Its worth every penny spent. The hotel staff was superr supportive and they didn’t leave any stone unturned to make my parents 22nd anniversary a memorable one. The rooms were very spacious and gave us the opportunity to relish the royalty at this palace. I had the opportunity to enjoy the fluffiest and tastiest pancakes prepared by their chef.Special shoutout to the extremely professional and enthusiastic staff who made our stay wonderful: Housekeeping Mr.Hansa Rana and Mr. Karan Singh, from Food and Beverage Mr.Bhum Singh Mr.Ratan Singh and Mr.Mahipal Singh and last but not the least Reception Ms.Shweta Ms.Kajal and Mr.Shyam Singh ji. Overall, it was a great experience and I would 100% percent suggest you to visit this place.

We just had THE perfect wedding ceremony @ Bikaner Palace Mt. Abu. The scenery and view was stunning & surrounded by mountains and Addhardevi Temple. The location of the marriage chori was beautifully situated in the middle of pine trees, and that was absolutely amazing! Accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and guests. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, perfect view, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. Really, we are happy with our decision. Thank you again for your outstanding efforts to celebrated our special day with families and friends. It was a truly memorable forever. Best regards,

Gorgeous property with the most beautiful outdoor setting. Huge rooms with very cool decor. Great dinner too - maybe our favourite meal in Rajasthan. Excellent service also. I would highly recommend this hotel. Make sure to also visit the main jain temple if you’re going to mount abu!

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Our general experience of the area was very good. We enjoyed the outdoor space, local restaurants and the location was outstanding. We were disappointed however that on the first night, monkeys had raided our rooms and had stolen a lot of food. We appreciate there were some signs put up but it would have been better stated to guests upon check in. We had reported to reception that a bag had also been missing from the rooms. Despite having cameras, the hotel did not launch an investigation and contact us about the situation. Missing property was reported immediately to the reception and we have been waiting days now with no contact or updates. This was very disappointing customer service.

This is simply the BEST place to stay in Mt.Abu because of its ambience, service, food and extremely hospitable, & welcoming staff led by the ever smiling, very helpful and omnipresent ***ager Mr.Revat Singh. This is simply home and cannot wait to be back here again & again.

Unacceptable! 1. The second most expensive suite room at 14k a night comes with two single beds joined together to make a king size bed. Left our toddler and us quite uncomfortable for the two nights we were there. No hot water in the shower at night either - when asked, i was told to let the water run for 5-10 minutes ( so much for all the conserve water signs!)- but no avail. Waited to shower the next morning! 2. No hospitality training done for the staff- from front desk to housekeeping. Especially horrified to have been told by the restaurant ***ager to order less so we don't waste food ( we wanted variety, we were on a holiday and we were paying, so mind your own business, maybe?) And to be repri***ded for not "finishing" all the food at end of dinner. I wouldn't have spent half a lakh on the weekend if i had to listen to this gauche talk! We paid an extra 4k above the room rent mentioned for just the dinner "package " and requested smaller portions as well when we were asked to pick a la carte ( not enough people so no buffet) so there wasn't any wastage- but no, its a fixed portion ( we had no idea how much since it was our first time)- and to be told by the waiters and restaurant ***ager at the end " aapne kitna waste kiya"- would have preferred that they withdrew the offer and we could have ordered what we liked instead of being forced to order from a set menu in the first place! Dal was watery, chicken chewy and mutton too red and spicy. I mentioned all of this to mr Revat Singh who could only muster a " aisa nahi hona chahiye tha" while fiddling with a pen and paper, looking down, at the time of check out. When the ***agement is in such ill form, cant expect much from the other staff. Not to mention that we had to remind them to switch on the AC every time we sat in the dining hall or the lounge area because obviously the place is run by the staff with no instructions about making the guests feel welcomed or comfortable. Oh, i apologize - we were subjects, not guests at this property. I was shocked to know I'm living a better everyday life than erstwhile royalty for sure though. 3. Caste is king! Because the housekeeping staff who came in to make the bed refused to clean the bathroom or take out the dustbin - that was reserved for a separate lady to do, as we waited for more than hour to get our room cleaned on a Sunday morning! The property itself is picturesque. It could be a luxury property with the right staff, but right now its a body without a soul. No direction from the owners is evident.
