Amazing Stay we had, it was our annual trip to mount Abu with all office colleagues and they ***aged it very well. rooms were spacious and amazing. view from hotel was so mesmeric that it made our day. Our team was able to witness sunrise from terrace of the hotel, overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone planning for group trips.

We Stayed with this hotel for Two days ,Rooms as well as Garden are So Beautiful.. Food Was good also service was Excellent either Housekeeping or Restaurant almost service was Good .. Staff was so polite especially Mr.malik ji ,he was very cooperative and kind Person . Thanks Palanpur Palace,we recommend this hotel for all .

Nice property. It is real palace kind of property. Was built in 1938 when Raja Maharaja used to live in such a palace. Very specious rooms, feel like you are special. Staffs are very good, soft spoken, well trained.

Very nice hospitality and nice maintained Super deluxe rooms with filing of heritage property we group of 20 peoples. Nice breakfast served in there restaurant and very cooperative staff specially Reservation ***ager Mr. Purushottam Pal always ready to serve with smile lovely place recommendation to everyone

The rooms were so filthy we checked out. The only hotel to ask for payment up front and refused a refund. As we walked into the hotel the outside was not maintained with peeling paint and broken parts of the building. Inside the reception sofa was old and filthy and the inside smelled mouldy. We were taken to our rooms which were dark and dingy with the curtains closed. When I peered through the curtains I saw rubble and rubbish. The photos make it appear that the hotel has lovely gardens , but not on the side we saw. The room was appalling, dirty soiled pillows, an ancient coil mattress, filthy shower curtain and the room smelled really really bad of mould. It is not difficult to clean and use air freshener, we have had a few dirty hotels where they don't bother to clean , if you walk across the floor with clean feet you end up with muddy footprints 😲. This place needs a deep clean and new furniture. Beware the photos they do not give an accurate picture of this hotel. Not for foreign tourists

We stayed with family in first weak of August rooms are very big and comfortable suggest everyone to stay ones in palanpur house staff was very professional and soft spoken lovely place special thanks to Mr.Purushottam

Bad service. Irrespective and irresponsible staff. Bad drinking water quality. Totally waste of money. We order extra bed at 1 pm they gave us 1 am. No better accommodation provided. Don’t waste your money and wastage of your trip!!

Outstanding stay at palanpur Palace.. Service as well as food was amazing , our Room was big in size with cleaned and hygiene.. Staff was very polite and charming specially thanks to Mr. Malik from Housekeeping,he was very humble and kind person . Thanks Palanpur palace
