I lived the friendliness of the staff. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty. The beds were worn out. The plumbing fixtures very loose.

Arrived at 1am tired and ready to go to bed and found front door locked and no one at the front desk to let us in. Eventually someone showed up but this was extremely frustrating. I tried calling the office as well as the manager and there was no answer. Tried the messaging service on the app, no luck there either. I’ll likely consider other accommodations next go around. This is one of the more expensive options that was listed online. I went with it to assure that there would be no issues because we were pressed for time. Standing at the front door on the phone, online, messaging, and ringing the doorbell that was blocked by luggage carts was not what I had in mind.

The staff was great. Every person I can in contact with was very attentive, polite, positive and friendly. It was nice to see people actually smiling and not walking around with scowls on their faces because they were working the weekend.

Everything was great! We had arrived by noon, and I went in to ask the front desk if we could leave our vehicle parked in the lot, family was meeting us there and I knew it was too early to check in. The lady was super nice and said she would just go ahead and see if our room was ready, and it was! so I could go ahead and check in early! Very nice and clean room, I love the idea of bulk shower supplies in the shower and soap and lotion by the sink, instead of the tiny individual ones. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a good variety. I liked that the serving buffet was closed off from the tables after hours, with the tables being available to visit/ play card games with family. Great place to stay, we would certainly go back again!

Only problem was the room smelled like dog unless you kept air conditioning blasting and still the bathroom smelled like wet dog. Clean room and pleasant staff. But is a pet friendly hotel do I assume it’s hard to avoid

This Hampton Inn was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that we had lunch delivered to the cleaning and hotel staff there. FANTASTIC!
