It was really the state of the dormitory (strong smell and lack of ventilation), as well as the state of the toilets that made us feel very uncomfortable. As soon as we arrived, we asked to cancel the following 2 nights. That said, the person at the reception (the owner?) agreed to reimburse us for only one night (after numerous attempts to contact, we had to come back to the office in person, wait a long time, and finally see someone). We therefore lost $40 per person, and we were very disappointed by this decision... We advised upon arrival that we wanted to cancel. During our chat with the owner, we were told: ''Come on guy, what did you expect from a 14-bed dormitory?'' As if such a smell and dirty bathrooms were normal... We found this very unprofessional and not up to the standard of the other reviews... We would have really appreciated it if it had been more simple and without any waves and bad emotions...
