Rate shown on app is 1/3 less than what they are charging. Not a good way to do business and not good for your app. I could get twice the value for the same price.

This is the worst Super 8 I have ever seen. The room they first put us in had a no smoking sign on the door. When we opened the door we smelled smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. We asked to be moved. The second room did not smell like smoke, however the bedspread had burn holes. One the size of a quarter and others the size of pennies. The bathtub was dirty and a very old model, the sink had cracks in it. The carpet looked like it had never been shampooed. The lot was covered in cigarette butts and has never been swept. The pool cover was clear at the bottom with dirty water in it. It felt uncomfortable, and unsafe. Pay the extra ten dollars and go across the street. It's clean, it's safe and the pool is clean and has water in it ready for someone to take a swim. The pictures on the site are very outdated.

Good value for price. High touch surfaces seem to be clean and beds were comfortable, but rooms need a good deep cleaning (under beds, baseboards, walls, doors, tv screen, light fixtures). Sheets and towels need replacing (stained). Staff was super nice. If you just need a convenient place to overnight that won't bust your budget, it's a great option.

It was very nice and clean and comfortable The only complaint would be, no electrical outlets. There was only one in the room. This was an accessible room, breathing equipment and electronics need to be plugged in. If you remedy that situation would help.

Room given to us. Second floor not level we had the feeling like it was going to fall any moment. Dirty with bugs everywhere, smoke smell in a non smoking room, dirty bed sheets and towels. Sticky carpet. We asked to canceled they did but still charge full price of the stay.

The hotel is a wreck. The grounds are unkempt. The lobby is shabby, dirty and not clean. The stench of the room was so bad, I smelled it as soon as I opened the ramshackle door. The bed linens were filthy. The floor had not been swept or mopped in a while. The bathroom was in disrepair. It took more than 30 minutes to get the smell of that room out of my sinuses. I have lived in burned out houses and slept under my truck. We have traveled to third world nations all over and must say that this was the worst experience of our lives. The gentleman at the counter tried to give us a different room, but I refused, so he promptly refunded our money. Wyndham should take better care of where they advertise their brand.

Booked hotels using Agoda site. We had a terrible experience staying in Super 8 by Wyndham Mt Pleasant. Our room had bed bugs. My spouse and I had bites everywhere on our body. Spent thousand dollars to recover. The case is pending with Agoda and hotel and there is no refund yet. Stayed on June 21, 2024. No Agoda or this hotel anymore!!! If no refund we will file the court case.

Never going back. Doors didn't open properly, broken stuff everywhere, pool was "closed". It was a very sour experience which I will not repeat.

I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. I made a reservation for April 2024 nearly a year in advance for 1 night and they just cancelled my reservation on me so they could price gouge by charging 4x what I made my reservation for. They also cancelled the reservation of another group I was meeting there as well so this wasn't an error. They are claiming they overbooked but when I spoke to the reservation line for Wyndham they offered to re-book (at the significantly higher rate) and how could they do that if they were overbooked?

The bolt lock on the door was broken and the door would not close without really having to force it. There were cockroaches alive and dead in the room. The breakfast consisted of 2 stale cereals. The positive about this hotel was the check in staff she was very helpful.

BEWARE: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME TO BE INFESTED!!!! We arrived and within 30-45 minutes we were packing our stuff and running out of there. We got to our room and we started to unpack, I had some lavender bed pillow mist that I travel with and sprayed the air in the room as well as the bed since the room was a little stale and damp smelling. Me and my fiancé went out for about 20 minutes and came back to our room to begin unpacking and getting dressed for thanksgiving. We had about 30minutes before we needed to be back on the road to see family for dinner. It started in the restroom, the lights didn’t work and I made a note to let the office know. Then I saw something black in the tub. I moved in closer and that’s when I saw antennas moving. I screamed asked my fiancé to double check that I was seeing a roach and he looked and said yup that’s right. I immediately begin checking the room the walls had some smaller babies crawling down the walls and I lost my stuff and started frantically shaking out the stuff we had unpacked and started throwing stuff back in to our suite cases. As I was at the desk packing my things I pick up my bag and there was a huge adult roach sitting right on the table ready to hop in my bag. I took several pictures and a couple videos as proof! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY ARE TRYING TO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!

Bugs in the sink & tub drains / towels had stains / floors were dirty / i would not recommend sleeping on the bed or covers / dirty pair of panties in the parking lot / door hinge looked like SWAT had previously kicked the door down

This was now my 4th stay at Super 8. It is my stopping point in my return from Tennessee to my home in Austin. For several months now, it has been required of me to travel to Tennessee to visit/see my 88 year old mother who is in failing health. My trips to Tennessee have been to attend to matters for which my mother no longer can do for herself. I am anticipating I will in near future need to travel again to possibly arrange and attend a funeral. My stay on 26 August was necessary due to being extremely tired from driving over 8 hrs alone. I was delighted that I could stop and check into a room right away. I am a transgender woman, and was dressed appropriately, however the male clerk addressed me as "Sir" even after I informed him I am female. Even my Texas driver's license shows my gender is "female". I provided my texas license for the check in process. Being referred to as "Sir" even after correcting is distressing. For this survey, I am addressed as "Elise" which is not my first name, it is my middle name. I do request and ask to be addressed as "Ms. Freno" and/or "Stephanie", which will be appreciated. The room I stayed in was fantastic. I checked out after 6 a.m. on Sunday 27 August 2023, there was no breakfast, and I could not go inside to check out, I had to check out through a "window". When I asked for my printed receipt, it appeared the clerk did not want to provide me my printed receipt that showed the amount charged on my credit card. Each time I have stayed, the rooms have always been fantastic and very comfortable. I cannot predict when my mother passes away, however I do plan to stop and spend a night or perhaps two as my next trip to Tennessee will be extremely stressful.
