The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

We were there in November, so the oil was closed and the hotel was pretty quiet. The staff was just kind of "there". They were OK, but didn't go out of their way to welcome our greet you. The rooms were great and very clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we cannot say how the food was. The shuttle drivers were great and very friendly.

We love the property but we were disappointed. We went over a week during Thanksgiving. None of the restaurants were open, so nowhere to eat or drink for miles, the coffee machine in the lobby even broke. The cleaning staff didn't clean or service the rooms and didn't communicate with the front desk to respect to cleaning. No real serve and the front desk young kids would rather look at their phones and make excuses. We love it here geographically but they aren't interested in customers service or providing ANY food or beverage or premier service at all.

Beautiful room and balcony on the 4th floor. We enjoyed lounging on the balcony. The shuttle service is a huge plus. We plan to return next year.

Rory at front desk was AMAZING. Rooms were excellent pool and hot tub dirty (cigarettes, bandaids, hair) bikes broken (2 of our 4) only one restaurant- dinner service unfriendly. breakfast hostess slow (service was ok). buffet not stocked with plates (repeatedly) not enough food options-no easy ala carte or grab n go breakfast no fitness center or classes shuttle was excellent

It is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was great. They did charge for both of us. Very clean room. Staff was just ok.
