SpringHill Suites Charleston Mount Pleasant

The stay was great. The room was spotless and clean. The staff were nice, breakfast was good. My only complaint was having to pay for parking.

Bathroom vanity was chipped all over and the place felt used up but other than that a good place to stay. Staff was nice and room was clean.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the front desk staff handled it flexibly. I also had a comfortable stay throughout. The only disappointment was being charged a parking fee even though I did not use the parking. Furthermore, when I inquired about this issue, I received no response.

Some of the desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. Our sink would not drain and the shower door leaked a lot of water. We reported it but the hotel did nothing to correct it. We asked for the room to be refreshed and new towels. Again the hotel did nothing. The layout of the room is small and difficult to manage with two guests. We stay at Marriott hotels a lot and they have always been able to find our Bonvoy number. Not so at this Spring Hill hotel. We will not stay at a Spring Hill hotel again.
