。。 sassaThe hotel staff were very kind and I was very satisfied. During my stay, there was an unexpected accident with the room I had originally planned to stay in, but the front desk staff handled the situation and even upgraded me to a different room. I am very grateful that they responded with a smile to my poor language skills.
The view of the city from the room was also great.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Ulaanbaatar again.

MMr_31Khubilai Hotel is located in the new district of Ubisoft, a bit far from the city center, which may be its only drawback.
Opened in 2025, its room facilities are generally better than other star-rated hotels in Ubisoft, except for the Shangri-La. There's a CU 24-hour convenience store at the hotel entrance, and a large shopping mall is about a 15-minute walk away. Another large shopping mall is under construction next to the hotel. Due to its location in the new district, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the hygiene and service meet the quality standards of a star-rated hotel. It's worth mentioning that all the toiletries used in the hotel are from the Mongolian brand Ihamour.

MMC.A little worn out and old, but generally basic and clean. Really small room. Things could’ve been better. Staff could’ve been friendlier. It is 30mins walk away from Shangrila mall and the central region. The city has very bad jams.

DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

RRose3The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door.
They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me.

BBashitovaThe hotel is 15 minutes away from Chinggis Khaan Airport by car. The room is large, a separate living room with an equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Beds 2 double, bed linen seemed synthetic. In general, we liked everything. Stayed for 1 night

There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient for shopping. The only thing is that the shower in the bathroom is not used, but everything else is fine.
