"The room was great, clean, spacious and really comfortable. There was a fridge and a floor length mirror. There was a bar of soap but no body wash provided which would have been nice. We had lovely views even without the ”full ocean view”. The hotel is right on the beach and has a couple of awesome options for food and drinks nearby. The area felt very safe at night and all the staff were very friendly. Check in was a little slow and the lift is a little slow but overall we had an excellent stay and would come here again."

GGuest UserThis was an older property, built in 1910. Buildings were clean and upgraded, somewhat. Our room had a slanted floor, which apparently other guests had complained about. Didn't really bother us much. Bathroom was very small like a half bath made into a full bath with a shower. Shower was less than 3 ft wide by 3 ft deep and I would say 7 feet high. Other than that, the managers were very accommodating and helpful.

1. The bed is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It's the best welcome at night and the hardest goodbye in the morning.
2. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
3. The room walls are effectively soundproof? I didn't hear my neighbors at all, which was fantastic.
4. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, (Eggslut is just around the corner).
Cons:
1. There is a $32 daily destination fee that wasn't included in the booking or communicated at check-in. It's unclear what this fee covers, especially since amenities like water are only available in the hall and cleaning service was only requested every 3-4 days. I was only informed about this fee upon check-out, resulting in an unexpected additional charge of over $400.
My stay was good, but the hotel needs to improve communication and be transparent about additional fees (destination, gratuity etc).

GGuest UserGreat location! Only 5-10mins distance to varies restaurants and choices, and a shopping mall. So convenient!
Hotel is not fancy but good enough to have everything you need. Price is reasonable as well. Family friendly.
Front desk staff is also very helpful recommending places we could go. If you aren't driving, Uber is easy as well.
TV has HBO channels and cartoons for kids. I can't ask for more

GGuest UserLocation: It is very convenient just off the elevated road. Walk along the main road for 20 minutes and you will reach the Hollywood Walk of Fame. There are many restaurants around. It is a 30-minute drive from the Getty Center and a 15-minute drive from the Observatory. In short, the location is very convenient in Hollywood and is quite suitable for tourists to visit.
Room: We booked a Hollywood view room. When we opened the window, we could see the Hollywood Hilltop sign. We didn't go there to check in, so we saw it. Haha.
Service: You have to pay a service fee when you arrive at the store, which includes welcome champagne, coffee in the morning, etc. To put it bluntly, the labor is expensive.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good overall, very new, the facilities, bedding and toiletries are of good quality, I like the smell of shower gel and body lotion. When you check in, you will also be given a free glass of wine or beer from the roof bar, which is good! Breakfast is a la carte, the price is a bit expensive, but the taste is good and the quantity is sufficient. I will stay here again!

SSamuel818Brand-new hotel. I reserved a racetrack-view room, but the room I received at check-in didn’t match the booking. I called the front desk, and they changed it immediately—great and responsive service.
The room itself was very clean and well maintained. One thing I didn’t understand was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, even though a coffee machine was provided.
The rooftop bar has a great view, but the food did not meet expectations. If they’re charging hotel-level prices, the food quality really needs improvement—and soon.
