LLam7123I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The owner - Mr Kien was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The room was cozy, spacious, and well decorated.
The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet super close to the beach. I’d happily return in a heartbeat!

GGuest UserSuperb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout.
Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

AAh LayThe rooms are standard and clean, located near the food street. I stayed here again during a business trip. The facilities are all good, and the breakfast is nice. Important is the view are very beautiful!

GGa-riA very classy hotel with amazing views of Ha Long Bay on the upper levels.
We were stunned when first opening our rooms curtains to see the Bay and its beauty right in front of us. The curved viewing windows in the room are amazing, allowing us the view 180⁰. What an amazing view to wake up to each morning...we'll never forget.
The staff very professional, all spoke fluent english, and treated us like royalty. Thank you to all.
Breakfasts were superb with a buffet offering many cuisine choices and the restaurant also offering a wide choice of dishes of amazing freshness and flavour.
I highly recommend the Paddington for anyone looking for the best value for money when visiting Ha Long.

AAnonymous UserThe service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

GGuest UserReally good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

은은빛겨울I came on a business trip, and it was so nice that it was a quiet villa rather than a complicated hotel.
If you book Royal Halong next time, I would definitely recommend the villa.
However, it was a little disappointing that I couldn't see out the window because it was on the first floor, and I couldn't easily open the window.
But everything else is satisfactory.

黃黃焌珅The hotel faces Halong Bay and the scenery is great. Be sure to choose a sea view room. In the morning you can see the beautiful scenery of the entire Halong Bay. There are many small seafood opposite. It's great to have a late night snack and watch the beautiful scenery.
