Studio 6 Mountlake Terrace, WA - Seattle

It's a motel 6 so you can't expect much but for the price I expected more. Took 20 mins of driving back and forth to find our room then had to walk up several flights of stairs once we finally found it. All guests need to show ID. They won't let you check in even 10 mins early. And it's the same price or more than other hotels with breakfast and kind staff. BUT the redeeming factors and why I booked an addition night are that it had a full fridge and separate freezer, a stove top, coffee maker, microwave, pots and dishes and the room is big and nice (if you don't look too deep into the corners and details) Smoke alarm is not hooked up and the battery is missing, so that's sketch. Heater didn't work right at all, kitchen only had cold water and no soap to wash dishes. The TV is big, lots of outlets and lights and USB ports. It's a comfortable stay. If you aren't expecting much you'll be pleasantly surprised

I have stayed here several times over the years. Nice quiet location just off I-5 Edmonds exit. The rooms are clean & well supplied. However they do not allow early check-in. Which would have been helpful since after traveling all morning to get here dzn't allow much time to check in at 3pm, get ready for a formal event downtown by 5:30pm.

Stayed to take some maritime courses for business. Was adequate for my purpose. Nice staff. Clean and quiet enough.

This is our first stay at this hotel we do know its not a new building but its safe clean staff and manager are great they get rite on any issues or concerns .we do have two cats they staff and manager made sure cats had their comfort also I would stay here again and again .

I requested a room with two beds. They gave me a room with single bed. Room was very dirty. Phone did not worked.

I enjoy staying at this property for enjoyment and conveniences of shopping and public transportation

We were double charged for our room and 4 weeks later are still waiting for the claim to be resolved. We were lucky to find the charge by checking our Bank statement. The claims system is very slow. They keep telling us it's because the property manager hasn't responded.

Enjoyed the nice customer service from the receptionist while checking in. She deserves a raise.

It was a well set up room. However, I had to request a lot, such as bowls(was given a small plates, a coffee cup and 2 plastic cups, along with eating utensils), cooking utensils and a pan to fry an egg in. There were no seasonings or toiletries provided, and if you wanted to borrow their ONE hair dryer, you were required to go to the office and leave your id, then return it to retrieve your id. The attached phone didn't work, though I just used my cell to call the front desk. The róom was clean, though there was an awful, strong smell in the room, though it eventually went away after leaving the window open for a few hours. It almost seemed as if they over sprayed some kind of air freshener after prepping the room. The refrigerator was nice and cold, and the microwave worked as expected, though appeared to be of lower wattage than avg. One of the front staff was lovely, while the other one bordered on rude. I had no other contact. The clothes dyer required 2 rounds on high. The bed was divine. I slept incredibly well. The pillows were either lumpy and old, or fantastic. Out of 4, they were 2 for 2. All in all, I'd stay again at their price, but I would be much more well prepared. Note: the walls are incredibly thin
