The food is great, the service impeccable. The prices for a cola are a bit overpriced. And the bed uncomfortable

This is a 3 star hotel although rated a 4 star. The complex is great, big hotel, multiple restaurants, nice big pool playing relaxing music throughout the day, entertainment team, private beach and plentiful beds on beaches and pool. There is also a spa which is very reasonably priced and has its own spa pool and packages as well as a mini golf out the front. First round of mini golf has teething issues due to it being a little unkempt but soon get used to it if you have another round and are given a putter and not a random wedge. The mini golf is included and is provided by reception. There is also a ping pong table which is included. You can also take advantage of some relaxing watersports out on a sailing boat or kayak which is also included. You can see the lovely coast and mountains, you can also see some dolphins if you're lucky. This is very good that it is included and very unique from other destinations visited. Reception staff are great, friendly and helpful whether for restaurant booking, taxi, currency change or towels. Towels are 20Dinar each for deposit so no need to pack for beach or pool and can be refreshed daily. It is very prominent in the hotel that tipping makes your stay more comfortable which is a little disappointing. Waiters will indulge those who tip and forget those that don't. This is mainly in the lobby bar and buffet restaurant. There are a few restaurants. For breakfast there is a buffet in the main restaurant, coffee is disgusting, it's not juice as you know it and all the food tastes the same. You can get fresh cooked eggs, omelette, Pancakes and croissants which made breakfast bearable. For lunch there is buffet again in the main restaurant but its tastless cold and all the same. We waited until 1430 where there is a snack bar. They call the snack bar the BBQ but there was no BBQ. But the food is served hot and to order which is far better than going to the buffet restaurant. In the snack bar the menu is the same every day and limited to pasta, pizza and sandwiches, salads, chips and ice cream. For evening you have a choice of 3 places to eat, the buffet stay clear again cold, samey and favoured if you tip, The Tunisian and International are much better restaurants and the waiters here are lovely. These restaurants do 4 big courses and changes daily. The waiters are lovely and could not do enough for you. The food is served fresh and hot unlike the buffet which is disgusting. The beach bar is great, the lobby favours people for drinks, the bar / pub is great and the moorish cafe does delicious traditional mint tea. The bar and the cafe view the football daily. Evening entertainment on every day but is limited to music and on a weekend a dancer or tunisian band which is good. But could do with having bingo or something a little more entertaining on an evening. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious, the pillows and beds are great and you can control your own air-conditioning. The room cleaners do a great

I enjoyed a 100% relaxing two weeks with superb service and thoughtful care from staff in all departments - big thank you to everyone. A big positive for me is the indoor pool which is a great size, in a light and airy area with pleasantly heated water in Winter. I must mention Houda, behind the scenes at reception - so efficient and helpful in meeting individual needs. All reception staff, with so much experience and knowledge to tap into. Housekeeping, restaurant, bars, staff all efficient and friendly. Even the security staff at the front gate are cheerful and welcoming. As the hotel was quiet the level of individual service was exceptional, a real bonus. Too many to mention by name so photos of my particular stars on this holiday :

Great hotel, quiet at this time of year. Very good value for money. ALL the staff are exceptional; friendly, helpful and curtious. Rooms are very good, perfectly cleaned every day with new towels supplies etc. We were all inclusive....food is good but not exceptional, but the price reflects that, however breakfast and lunch always exceptional, dinner just a little behind, but ALWAYS something for everyone. The Great waiter's and restaurant managers work so hard. Not forgetting the bedroom cleaners and the guys in the bars. It's our 2nd visit and we will be back. Could happily recommend.

There isn’t a lot around the hotel but we knew this when we booked, we went to relax and that’s exactly what we did. The staff are very friendly, the pool is kept immaculate and the beach is lovely. The rooms were great they were a good size and plenty of wardrobe space, we were on the top floor with a wonderful sea/pool view. I wouldn’t say the food is the best we’ve ever had but we didn’t starve, there is also an international Al la carte and Tunisian which you can use as often as you want but needs to be booked before midday the menus are put outside the main restaurant in the morning. We went to the international and had a lovely 4 course meal we would have gone more often but there was no air con so difficult to relax.

To put into context, we visited in January when the number of customers was low meaning we had the full attention of the staff. The weather was around 17 and sunny most days. We spent an afternoon on the beach and caught the sun, and an afternoon on the terrace again catching the sun. A light t-shirt tan! It rained on our last day. It was too cold and choppy to swim in the sea. The hotel had an indoor swimming pool which was lovely, we had the pool to ourselves most days. There were sun loungers round the edges of the pool which were nice to sit on and warm up from a chilly walk along the beach or after breakfast before the warm of the sun came out. There are 2 bars we only used the lobby bar, it was pleasant. We were all-inclusive and there was enough range of alcohol for us. Tunisian wine is rather pleasant. The main restaurant is used for breakfast and dinner with a separate restaurant for lunch. We also booked a couple of evening to eat at the Tunisian restaurant. The food was nice, plenty of it! The staff were really attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. We tipped well from day one, I’m sure this helped and certainly would advise. The room was ok. The bed was extremely firm to a point of pain. The shower fluctuated in temperature and was best described as old. I would rate the hotel at 3 stars. The spa was great. We used it everyday. A good range of Tunisian treatments at very reasonable prices. Slightly different cultural expectations when it comes to privacy and dignity but once over that very relaxing. Would we go again, probably. Main advice, manage your expectations its a cheap and cheerful hotel.
