Excellent service! We weren't disappointed at all. If you don't have a car, they offer shuttle service and car rentals. Free bicycle rentals too!

100/10, fantastic!

The location of this accommodation is excellent! I stayed for two nights, and the bed was soft, the air conditioning was nice and cool, and it was cleaned daily. Simply superb!

The room was spacious, but old and run-down. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, and the water pressure was very low. To top it off, the water stopped running around 11 AM before check-out, so I couldn't even shower. My partner and I, a couple, were given two single beds instead of a double.

The room's AC was nice and cool, but it was a bit dusty. The rainy weather made for a great atmosphere, and it's close to the waterfall. However, the breakfast selection was very limited.

Excellent service, very impressed. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is quite a distance from the main town. The room was acceptably clean, but we had a problem during our stay: the toilet wouldn't flush. The hotel sent a technician quickly, but they couldn't fix it and told us to use a bucket to flush the toilet. We weren't okay with that, so we checked out and stayed somewhere else.

The accommodation should really check the water heater (it wasn't working), the bidet spray, and the shower head. The water pressure was strong, but the equipment seems never to be replaced or fixed to be ready for use at all times. The water flow was so weak I didn't even dare to shower. The view was beautiful and the air was great, but you could clearly hear cars driving by all night.

The accommodation has a very beautiful view. The staff are very polite. I will go again when I have the chance.

Overall, it's good. The atmosphere is good, the room is clean, and the service is good. (But if you go, be careful of the dog. It's never bitten anyone, but it bit me. Haha, I must have been lucky.)
