. / It was my 2nd time staying here. Got room no 319. Very spacious n nice, room was bigger than previous stay although the same type booked.

When we first step into the room got a smell. The smell it’s kind of like the water soak into the carpet cant dry. Water heater hard to control, either too cold or too hot. Cleanliness wise 6/10, still acceptable, as long as dont put high expectation. Location not too far from town. If you are going for business trip personally think still acceptable but not those enjoyable type.

Clean room and co.fortable environment. Room with various amenities available.

Did a last minute booking due to family emergency back in Muar - the hotel staff was accommodating to our requests and allowed us to have a comfortable stay during our time of crisis. Would come back again to stay!

Hotel new and clean.bathroom quite big.overall is ok.no good is parking have limited space.i went out for dinner . Around 9pm plus difficult find parking.😂😂😂

The hotel's location was satisfactory, with Chinese and Japanese restaurants just around the corner. Cleanliness was acceptable. In terms of location, it was quite convenient as it is very close to the city center. Considering the price, it was reasonable.
