The hotel is a good choice for a short holiday in a lovely part of Germany. The staff is very friendly, the room was nice and clean, with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the wide range of the breakfast buffet. The surrounding area offers a variety of walks, a castle with museum and a cave system with guided tours.

Hotel has everything you need. Very basic rooms, definatly time for some updating and got some free pretzels that the previous guest left for us on the floor. Breakfast and diner very basic but fine. But I would recommend if you have some drinks / food. CHECK your bills or ask for a duplicate . Because we thought ow nice we can just put in on the room and pay it all in the end. When we checked out we got giving a price. and with some quick math in my head. Thought it was ok. And after we paid we then got the final bill. but on the drive home we looked over the final bill and it was more then expected. And then it tooks weeks of emailing to get the money back. Mostly because they didn't reply and i had to email again and still it's unclear how we got charged €75 too much on the €200 food and drinks bill.

A reasonable room in a reasonable hotel, nothing special. Bedding was good quality, bathroom a bit dated. Everything very functional but without charm. Same thing goes for the restaurant, except that the food was surprisingly good! Gated parking outside is charged at 6 EUR. Hotel seems to cater mostly to seminar guests.

We loved pur stay, good service, good price / quality. Had a nice view from our room. Wellness was great! We will be back for sure! Bergische land also very nice to go hiking. Greetings from Holland xxx

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms well equipped, excellent beds and very quiet. Buffet breakfast has a great variety. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to have the swimming pool and the sauna almost for us alone. Everything spic and span. Beautiful view from the terrace. Possibility to make some tea and to relax. Hotel is well situated. Perfect location for hiking or biking in the beautiful nature of Bergisches Wanderland. Map with different walking routes available at the reception.

People are very friendly and interested in your welfeeling if you stay there. Sauna is new and very nice. Swimming pool is good. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast is super. Good beds. Parking is OK. Very nice location.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Friendly staff, good food, oké room, good pool & sauna. The countryside invites you to take an e-bike and make a day-trip. We also visited Bonn (by car), nice for a day, not as crowded as Cologne.

Very good weekend with friend . Good bed, various breakfast, buffet diner for a good price. Pool & wellness (nude). Hôtel outside village, good start for hiking and bike trip. 6€/day for parking, possible to play tennis near hotel
