酒店較老，設施陳舊，地毯都開始掉毛，褲腿和鞋子粘的全是地毯毛毛，預訂的帶浴缸的套房結果沒有浴缸，總之入住體驗較差

從小牡丹江長大，這個酒店的地點可以説絕對市中心。而且最方便的是樓下吃的東西多了去，從早餐到夜宵都在附近。二樓有超市。房間乾淨，晚上也不吵鬧，房間還有冰箱。洗漱用品是獨立的。唯獨床墊是彈簧的，中間部位略有塌陷。工作人員都很熱情，積極。很不錯。

下水道反味嚴重，剛進去味道衹有一點點，晚上關窗開空調後味道巨大，要求換房間還沒有了，大晚上也沒有辦法換酒店，總之除了位置外很一般很一般

位置絕佳，服務態度很不錯，設施較舊但維護的還可以。唯一覺得不太滿意的地方是，客人不提出就不做房，有時忘了提出晚上回到房間心情會很糟糕。
