"This small, six-story hotel is located in the southern suburbs of Simply city. It is one of the hotels operated by the Chaisaen Group, which runs a local department store in Simply's city center. This is the third hotel operated by the Chaisaen Group, following the Chaisaen Palace Hotel (formerly Singburi Palace Hotel) along the Chao Phraya River and the Chaisaen In the Park located inside a gas station near the Imburi intersection on National Highway 32. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel have a modern design, and the stylish cafe-like atmosphere around the lobby and the outdoor beer garden are excellent. The common spaces are minimal and lack some of the typical hotel decorations and charm, but the functionality and comfort of the guest rooms are among the best in Simply city, making it a safe and recommendable hotel for everyone. It is a shame that its location is somewhat far from the city center and night market, making it unsuitable for sightseeing in the city."

"We booked the Rose room however the room facilities did not match up to the description. There was no tea/coffee making items, no gowns or slippers, the wifi was absolutely rubbish, the toilet seat had 1 hinge completely rusted through( this was replaced when we mentioned it, why they hadn’t replaced it before 8 have no idea, also it was advertised as giving a welcome wine/champagne, this was not forthcoming. They only provided 2 bath towels which were hard, grey and one was torn. The bathroom had a bad smell. Breakfast was not of a great variety, 2 fried eggs, the best we have had this trip, 3 chipolattas, a bit of salad, 2 slices of toast with strawberry jam coffee and a couple of orange."
