Our stay at the Address resort was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, the experience was chaotic and poorly managed. We were only able to check in at 5:00 PM, despite having communicated our expected arrival time of 2:30 PM in advance. The official check-in time is 3:00 PM, yet this was clearly not being honored for us or for many other guests. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of transparency. Prior to our arrival, we exchanged multiple emails regarding the property’s policies, early check-in options, and our request for a baby crib. However, a major change to the beach access policy—one of the key reasons we chose this property—was never communicated to us until after we had checked in. This is highly unprofessional and falls well below the standard expected from a property of this caliber. There were two main reasons we selected this Resort: direct connectivity to the mall and convenient beach access. Unfortunately, with the beach access restrictions now in place, these advantages no longer justify the premium price. Guests can receive similar benefits at Vida Resort, along with significantly better service and better value for money. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
