We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To co****sate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)

I was in the Room Number 2909. The Workers all were very friendly, especially Vivek. He is such a cool guy and we talked a lot. But as I wrote, all workers were very friendly and courteous. The food always was very tasty, the rooms are very comfortable and you can sleep very well on the bed. The Hotel itself has a upscale facility and it was always very clean. Not bad, although the single room is quite small, but it is acceptable to live alone. Pre-paid unair-conditioned taxis from the airport are about 660 + 70 (tolls, I do n’t know if it was pitted). From the hotel, uber to the airport is 500 + 20 (tip). I never found the main entrance of this hotel. They all came from the corridor of the Trident Hotel next door. It was not until the day of check-out that the main entrance of the hotel was on the negative first floor! Outside the hotel is ”Yuebanwan”, which is very lively at night. If the air is good, you can still run. Walk to India Gate for about 20 minutes, all kinds of noise on the road. There is no supermarket near the hotel, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds, and there is also a cinema. Hotel breakfast is still good, à la carte + small buffet, service is good.

I was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

Good location, close to India Gate and then close to Victoria Railway Station and Museum. However, the hotel room was very small and had no windows. The air was very bad and smelled. The front desk service is ok. Do n’t order grilled chicken platter when there is an Indian barbecue restaurant on the left side of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is awkward and the surrounding law and order is not very good. But the hotel itself is very good, it is the best within a few kilometers, suitable as a temporary booking option. The interior of the hotel is relatively small, including aisles, restaurants, gyms, etc., but the rooms are not small at all, and the control buttons for curtains are all integrated on the box on the bedside table, which is very convenient. The restaurant is affordable and tasty, with a Chinese menu including dim sum. The service is very good and enthusiastic. It is not the kind for you to consume, but the one from the heart, so I gave it for the second time. Just spend 30-50 rupees. Breakfast is not very good, it is all Indian style breakfast, but if you are like me milk coffee, egg bread, and a little fruit can solve it, then there is no problem. This hotel is run by a group of senior men, so it very obvious the high discipline they have in taking care of their hotel. I noticed the guest were mostly Indian business people. The breakfast was super simple, served in-room. For such a small hotel, it was surprising how ***y staff were available 24/24, well done. There is a lift to go on the 3rd Floor. The hotel is situated on Marine Drive, which means fresh air, and less noise pollution. No shops nearby, need to walk 10mins to reach anything. Taxis always available in front of the hotel or on the main road. Cross the road and you are on marine drive, which means all night long you can get chaii and massages. Beware, the police vacates marine drive at 1am. The Bad: The only reason I am not giving the hotel a score of 5 is because of the building. The hotel is situated in an old residential building. The building is badly maintained, in fact, there is a big warning notice on the gate which says to be careful of falling bricks. At first I felt scared, but then I noticed the other tenants of the building are rich important-looking Indians who drive Mercedes'es. So I am not sure why they are not caring of their residential building. Honestly I was wary of the building integrity - like it could collapse anytime! Secondly, they badly need to soundproof the room doors, I could hear everything at 7am!

We stayed for 13 days in a non-sea facing Executive Suite. The room is like a one bed room apartment. Very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice sofa. It also contains two TVs, a nice desk and a very nice one-seater with an otto*** and a coffee table. Daily cleaning and service were excellent (complimentary pastries and chocolates every day). The hotel lobby and the Bay View restaurant are simply spectacular. The breakfast buffet was very good with wide choices of Indian and Continental dishes. The Geoffrey's Bar is great for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The only slightly disappointing thing is the rooftop swimming pool area which seems to be designed for functions rather than for relaxation. Nevertheless, the pool itself was very clean. The hotel location is, of course, wonderful. Right on the famed Marine Drive. It's only a few minutes walk to Church Gate train station and there are bus stops right in front of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can strongly recommend this boutique hotel.

I just left my room in the city palace. Bilan. I'm already sure I haven't had the room I had booked by bravofly. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it

The hotel is old, the elevator belongs to the manual sliding door, which has a retro taste.

Opposite the General Police Station. For safety reasons, employees have to clean the floor sooner or later. They are hygienic, relatively clean, and the staff is kind. But the single room is separated by wooden boards, and the upper part is hollow. There is basically no sound insulation. Noisy, noisy indoors, connected to 3 rooms next door, just like Datongpu, you can hear everything. The faucets in the bathroom are so low in the knees, they are all connected to the bucket and then rinsed with a cup, and the toilet is also used. The cup is flushed.
